They didn't answer the phone. This is the 3rd occasion where i needed a cab, called the Other Taxi, and they never answer the phone! I wound up using the always reliable Uber instead.
Other Taxi was very courteous and communicated effectively the wait times and maintained their set time table. Would definitely use again.
I haven't used this cab service in a while due to them never picking up the phone or coming to the but recently I called them and they came fast the driver also offered to help me with my belongings which I loved
They are horrible taxi service!!!!! HORRIBLE!!! You call for a cab over 45 times and no one picks up…Jr is a horrible person he doesn’t answer at all and does his own personal pick ups…You should be looking into hiring new people!
Oh not to mention Miss Lori that has an attitude everyday!!
I wanna start off by saying that they were the most helpful people in a very stressful situation from the moment I call dispatch they were helpful, kind, and courteous. I am back in this area after 13 years of being gone and I can tell you this not only are their prices better than Uber But to be able to actually pick up the phone and talk to somebody is still some thing I will put over an app any day and from now until the time I leave Geneva if I ever need taxi services it will be from them.
They hardly answer their phone. When they do, half of the time they don't speak and hang up. Their a bunch of lazy employees and avoid giving rides at all cost. When they do attempt to give you a ride, they either arrive late and they even on one occasion said they'd be there to get me and never showed. Called several times on that occasion wondering where they were and they not once answered their phone waited all night for a ride that night. Worst taxi service I've ever had to deal with.
I called four hours ahead to schedule a ride to an appointment. When the driver didn't show up I called. The dispatcher said she could hear me but refused to talk and then hung up. After that I tried to call back and was hung up on repeatedly. Unprecedented level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. If I had known they weren't coming I could have arranged something else but by the time it was obvious they weren't going to show I had missed my appointment. Do not use this business if you need someone who is reliable and even halfway polite. I would leave zero stars if it was possible.
IF anyone answers the phone it's still no guarantee they'll show up, and when they don't they won't answer at all or pick up and hang up SMH I have no idea how they are even in business
