Don’t sleep on them, cus that’s what I did until my girl wanted to try them.. & man they fye asl ????????????????.. no cap! I had the crab meat & shrimp Alfredo potato ????.. whew ????????
I wanna start off by saying I love the sleepy potato. I’m rarely near Greenbriar so when I decided to come in on Saturday 2/10 @ 5pm I was disappointed because the cashier was extremely rude. I saw new menu items so I asked her what’s her favorite? She rolled her eyes and said “everybody ask me that (long pause) I guess I like the seafood one” it caught me off guard so I figured she’s having a bad day. Then I attempted to order the salmon potato and requested my salmon to be cooked medium. She quickly said, we don’t do that, they gonna cook it all the way through. She presented no alternative neither a suggestion. She was extremely cold and rude. I just walked off not because of the food but the customer service is terrible and I refused to spend my money where I’m not welcomed. I suggest management hire better help for the weekend. Because customer service like this will ruin your establishment.
Wish we could've tasted other options but my daughter had the philly cheesesteak. She said it was just alright and the fries weren't seasoned. We were offered to make it a potatoe plate instead and that it would've fed 2 people.
$23 for IMITATION Crab meat on a potato is crazy. I got the seafood potato and they didnt even put the sausage or broccoli on it. Charging that much for IMITATION Crab and 3 shrimp is robbery. Also, the cashier left the counter to go socialize instead of bagging orders. Wait is about 15 minutes.
I came here on a Monday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. It took a little longer than I thought once I ordered but the potatoe and wings came out good. Dude behind counter was respectful gave me a card to look over while waiting , definitely was hesitant because of reviews but no complaints on a non busy day
If I could give them zero stars I would. I am not sure why customer service has to be so bad. I never even got to eat because the service is so bad. Just because you are on the south side doesn’t mean we want your HORRIBLE service. If you can’t fix it go somewhere else.
This place sold me an old potato that had a sour taste . I traveled over an hour and DID NOT know until I got home. Within 4 days, when I went back to this location, I was brushed off and told I can't get my money back, and there's no way the potato is bad, etc. This sorry excuses did NOT resolve the issue, and I am NOT going to let it go. I want my money BACK. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE TO BUY ANY THING. I SEE NOW WHY THERE HAD NO CUSTOMERS LIKE THE OTHER FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS.
The food is good but they had us waiting 2 HOURS for our order. They emailed saying our food was ready for pickup and when we got there we were waiting an hour. The service is horrible! I don’t recommend going there unless you like poor timing and service.
