I ordered over $40 in food and was eating with family and they not only lost my receipt but when I asked where my order was they said, "we haven't called it out yet" and when I asked why 5 other orders had been called they finally found out why! While waiting for my food the cook came to the counter that has had people putting their washed hands on it and didn't change gloves when she went back to make more food. I didn't feel that telling me the printer didn't print "only my ticket" was a good enough apology. Especially since the other people I was with had to watch me eat cause they got their food long before the mistake was discovered.
I love eating the chili cheese fries from Chubbys.
I go eat them one time a week.
But on 5-13-24 that I went to eat there at 6:45 pm they had the music so loud that one of the employees said turn it down.
They turn it down a little bit and then They turn up the volume again.
And there was people eating inside and they didn’t look happy because of the loud music, this isn’t a night club to have loud music.
It doesn’t bother me that they’re listen to music.
But it bothers me when they have loud music.
Loud music makes the place look bad when there’s people eating inside, because it doesn’t let the people who are eating inside talk to each other because they can’t here each other what they’re saying because of the loud music.

Drive through option, took us about 20 min from ordering, to getting our food on a Friday night!.
After waiting alomst an HOUR in the drive thru, i finally got my 2 item order! Tostada was put in the same bag as burrito and was a squished mess! The burrito was ALL bean! I ordered a bean special, and it had the tiniest faintest color of cheese and Chili at the bottom, it was so disgusting! The beans tasted like nasty tap water, the chili was flavorless, and it's all way overpriced! It's the next day now, and I feel so sick, extremely nauseous, and all i had yesterday outnof the norm, was Chubby's !We won't be back. I suggest saving your money and time!
Been coming to this place for years, food is very savory and full filling. Drive thru is always backed up into the street. Inside is clean and at times empty. Prices haven't really gone up over the years. You would think they would put their logo on the bottom of the paper plates as advertisement. Ordered beef and bean deluxe smothered. Ground beef is always over salted but still tastes great. Thank you for the great food and memories
I will never come back to this chubby. There was some mistakes made both of myself and the restaurant. I tried to justify it myself by purchasing more hamburger meat for my food however, they charge me one price and then came back and said that they needed to charge me five dollars more I said no I’ll just take my refund and they would not give me my refund even though they made a mistake on the pricing. I will never come back to chubby ever again. It is a rip off to come here seven dollars for a little thing of meat when I can go to a grocery store and buy a whole package for seven dollars.
This place been going to the toilet lately. I used love going here but after not coming here in a while I ain’t coming here ever again. I was was over charged for shredded beef tacos!!! You guys tell me if these tacos looks $5.60 a piece. Too sell these for a $1 is a joke. The food tasted terrible not to mention, made my girlfriend puke afterwards. Your restaurant needs to do better, you made Taco Bell look like a 5 star restaurant. Zero stars if I could.
You sit in the drive-through for 45 minutes just to get your order completely wrong. They tell you to come back but you don’t really want to sit another 45 minutes. Like you wait all that time the order should come out correctly!!
