Wish I would have read the reviews before throwing my hard earned money down the drain. I could have gone to the grocery store bought some bread, bolognese and cheese, had 6 bucks left over and it still would have been much better. Lettuce was smothered and soggy, Indian taco was hard as a puck. Plates stapled together, when you charge that much should have proper to go containers. Payed $2 for a tiny bit of sour cream. No ice water available only bottled water . Charge me 25 cents for a cup of ice water I don’t care but it should be offered. So disappointed.
I haven't eaten at Chubby's for a while but I was craving it today. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out about this location because I didn't even know it existed, and it is close to me. The reviews for this location were hit or miss but I decided to give it a try and find out for myself. The portion of food was great! I could tell by how heavy the bag was when they handed me my order. I went through the drive thru which was pretty prompt in service. My mouth started watering once I opened the box and seen how good my orders looked. I would definitely go back to this location for my future Chubby's craving. I will say that the chili was not very spicy compared to other locations, however, that was also years ago. I was happy with the spice level being low because in past times, the chili was too spicy for me, but keep in mind that I do have a low spice tolerance.
Drive thru is super dark. Kind of shady and odd. I asked for steak nachos. Maybe they don't do much nachos but I wasn't expecting this for $10. I got a paper plate of nachos with overcooked meat and another plate was stapled on top. Def not worth $10. ???? not impressed.
The smothered beef and bean burrito was great! I almost got the larger plate, but I didn't need to. Lots of hot chili and cheese. The guys working there were really nice and we were served really fast. My girlfriend brought half a plate of food home with us.
The fryer was broken so we had to adjust our order and then the food we got wasn't good. The guacamole tasted bland, the shredded cheese in my daughelter burrito wasn't melted and it was wrapped to loosely the tortilla just flopped around and everything just fell out.
It has gotten downhill in the past yr.. We came for chili cheese fries the cheese wasn’t melted all the way the green chili was cold and the drive thru wait time was nearly 40 min. 10min a car seriously. For unquality food And you can’t even escape the line. Won’t be here again, save your time and $
The people you have running the drive through are always the most rude, unprofessional, terrible attitude employees I have encountered at a fast food drive through. Particularly an employee named Guissel. I’ve been there on numerous occasions and she had the worst attitude I have ever seen. If your employees are gonna be mad at customers just for placing an order you guys need to hire new employees. Absolutely unacceptable.
I expected a Mexican hamburger and what I got was just a bun meat and a slice of cheese. No condiments no lettuce tomato no pickle. Okay that would have been fine, I ordered wrong, is it any good? No. Over cooked and clearly a frozen patty. This place in general just uses smothering everything in green chili to pass off cheap low quality frozen food items.
