If I could give a minus 5 stars for customer service I would. Today I placed an order for delivery and the some of the items were missing when I opened my order. I ordered chicken and also ribs and I only got the chicken and not even the right size. I never ordered rice and they sent me rice. I called them and from the minute I mentioned that my order was wrong they got so defensive and rude. The lady who takes the orders basically told me that she was too busy to be wasting her time talking to me. I requested to be transfer to a manager she responded that he was also busy and did not have time either. She was extremely rude. I offered to send pictures because at at point I felt that the least they could do as a business was to offer me an apology and she was screaming that they did not have emails, nothing where I could make a complaint. Never ordering from this place again. Very rude and unprofessional.
I ordered half a chicken, half ribs,
Mac and cheese and Greek salad. I was so excited to have mac and cheese only to realize once I opened and tasted it, it was Kraft mac and cheese. I don’t think a restaurant should be serving Kraft mac and cheese, I was shocked. Chicken and ribs were good, has a charcoal taste but now I can’t help but wonder if they used regular supermarket bbq for the ribs. Greek salad was meh.
Ordered delivery from The Original American Chicken and it was quickly put together and in my hands within half an hour. I opted for a family meal: 1 Whole Chicken, pita bread, and 2 sides. $18.50 if ordering in-store, but with delivery it came out to be about $25 including taxes and service fee.
There's a decent selection of 20 sides, but not a lot of them enticed me. I ended up with a potato salad and yuca/cassava. The potato salad is not bad, but the yuca was a bit dry and flavorless. The chicken was good and moist though! It's lightly seasoned, so I added some of my own spices on top because I like extra flavors
Amazing food. The charbroiled chicken, the black beans, rice, salsa piquante, mac n cheese. A-1.
If I lived nearby, I'd be here everyday.
Ordered 1/2 a chicken and double side greek salad. It was really good! The portion was big, 2 kids could definitely share it.
UPDATE!
I gave 4 stars for my first review, but unfortunately today my order was horrible! I ordered the 1/2 baby back ribs and 2 sides which was greek salad. The ribs were huge ( not baby size)! They were also in some sauce and chewy! I thought that charcoal ribs should be crispy. Well, it was not tasty at all, I had 2 ribs and got a terrible stomachache and felt so sick! Omg never again will order from them!

I come here quite often and each time I am so pleased with the service . The staff here is awesome ! They are so friendly and efficient. There names are Ximena, Wilson, Jose and Bruno. I feel like we are family.. Hope I didn't leave anyone's name out . I always order 1/2 white meat chicken and two servings of garbanzo beans.. Will continue to order from here ..
I really liked it alot. First time ordering. The salmon was nice and juicy. The salad was good, yellow rice had good flavor and overall food wasn't salty. Salmon had nice grilled flavor.
