They are always so kind. and helpful. Even the chemist when I collect our medicines for me and my wife. They have been very very helpful with .my wife .really been through alot in the last few years with Dementia and other things. So thank you Haxby. Yours faithfully Mr B Daniels.
Well the building inside is really nice BUT the staff let it down. Never been in there before and my daughter wanted to get her new baby weighed at the Thursday clinic. We made our way in and had no clue where to go. Asked at the information centre . The guy there didn't have a clue where it was ( bearing in mind, it's a customer information centre). He said, try upstairs. Anyway, we found the lift, toddled off up the to the first floor. Headed to the reception desk. Stood there for ages, although there was a miserable woman at the front desk who thought we were invisible. She eventually acknowledged us , but you could see by her miserable fat face we were interrupting her. She didn't have a clue either where the baby weighing clinic was held! So, we just had a look around and found it. Unbelievable how they cannot communicate with each other. To be fair, the midwives were really pleasant.
My advice to anyone who is new to the clinic is to not expect any of the reception staff to be helpful or friendly.
My advice to the staff is to at least try and help people and put a smile on your miserable faces . If you don't enjoy working with the public get a factory job and sulk there.
Clean and tidy but not much disabled parking bays
Useless doctors impossible to get an appointment and always trying sending you to another doctors around hull pointless going because they actually just have to google everything you go for
It's a nice place to be for quality health attention
This is a lovely, bright building, its spacey, light and airy and air conditioned. I love the atmosphere here, if you are poorly, it lifts your spirits. The staff and nurses are all very pleasant. The young acupuncturist was brilliant and has helped to change my life. Thanks Lou.
We went for a flu jab but the Orchard Centre is a great facility for the local community. Especially impressed with the cafe where you can get a roast dinner for £6. A different lunch each day if the week at a similar price. They are all meat meals so not good if you dont eat meat ????
Very clean well kept health center, all of the staff are very cheerful and helpful, was not kept waiting for my appointment and the consultation rooms are first class. I was very pleased with the member of the medical staff, who again was cheerful, understanding and very understanding.
