Was driving down Main Street in Buena Vista looking for a fast food stop to grab some lunch and go to the park and eat. I seen this place tucked in and I stopped. Wow I am not sorry, the food is great, the service was fast, the server is a cheerful guy. The outdoors seating was relaxing.
And clean.
Mediterranean food is always refreshing.
Must try the fried pickle spears, yummmm

I had an exceptional experience at the Olive Mediterranean food truck in BV yesterday. It was memorial day Sunday and I placed a to go order while overhearing them say it was the busiest day they’ve ever had. Despite that the service was amazing, the food was great, and the owner made time to chat with the customers and make sure they were happy with their orders. If something was off, he made it right immediately. He was genuinely appreciative of every single order and everyone’s business, which made me a proud supporter. I highly recommend you visit and support this food truck as it is some of the best service I’ve had in BV.
The food was OK it was nothing to write home about. Actually the fried mushrooms were pretty good. The atmosphere was nice, I live sitting outside and eating and just enjoying the surroundings. The customer service was nice. Typical hi sir, thank you sir and by sir.
I came by 2 times on the same week. Incredible food! The pickles are just something else and the falafel is delicious! Definitely a great option during spring or summer, wish I could eat this all year long!
The staff is super friendly and the vibes are always awesome. I was internally blasting to the music they had inside the food truck.
We enjoyed the Tanimal Bowls, and the kids got the classic wraps. Generous portions that will fill your tummy. It's an open space seating and only a few tables.
Amazing vegan options! Food comes out fast and is very fairly priced... Friendly service. Wish they had a store front so they could be open year round.
What an amazing and tasty place this is !! You must stop and try it , I’m pretty sure I tried everything in the menu because we were so hungry . It was raining and the cashier was very kind, the service was more than 5 stars . Best Mediterranean food in colorado .
Decent Mediterranean food here and it's all fresh and homemade. It's not the best Mediterranean food, but it was a good meal. I felt it was a little over priced, but for a remote mountain town I can understand their pricing. Nice atmosphere with the open benches and twinkle lights in the evening.
