Great place with great staff and drinks. Food is extremely hit or miss.
The wings are the worst I’ve ever had anywhere. It’s as if they microwaved raw chicken and tossed hot sauce on top. Absolutely inedible.
They don’t have fries. What bar that serves pub food doesn’t have fries? I keep trying their food because people seem to like it, but I have yet to find something worth raving about. The burgers are decent, but what’s a burger without fries?
I’ll keep coming back because the drinks are good, and the staff is really nice and attentive. When it comes to food I’ll probably just stick to chips and guacamole. Their dip trio is good, and good seems hard to come by here.
03/22/2024 - revisited the Tavern for a family outing. We were able to find available seating to enjoy some dinner and sports. My go to Chicken Nachos (half size) is always delicious! Fun crowd. Stellar service. Free parking available out front and nearby. Good prices.
I have visited The Olde Towne Tavern a few times in the last few years and a few times this year.They have one of the best nachos in Columbus. It was great to see David & Valentin (chefs/cooks) still working their magic at the tavern. You may enjoy your cocktails and food indoors and or outdoors. Nice size outdoor patio. Traditional bar decor with semi comfortable seating. The isle seats can be tight on some nights. I had the half size and full size chicken nachos with the works. Still amazingly delicious! Free street parking out front, across the street, and around the corner. Decent prices. Nice happy hour menu and prices. Great service and hip crowd. Cool atmosphere.
The food was good and the drinks were decent enough, not too strong though. The atmosphere is cozy. There is free parking. One pool table here. We love how wide the doors open, so that you can have the feel of being outside while still inside. Great bands play here!! Kudos to 90s music!!
This was a really great place. The food was excellent, mr friends had fish tacos and I had small village salad, BYOBbaked potato (broc&cheese). We shared delicious pretzel sticks- it was all fresh and tasty! There was a patio with a fire ring but they had you come in to order- they were super gracious about it, and it was a nice evening to sit out there
The bar tenders, servers, and kitchen were working pretty hard! Super team!

Great atmosphere! Sadly could not enjoy any libations. Wiuld be a wonderful plave to spend a happy hour and relax.
Staff was great and talkative. Food came out quick. The Cuban was on white bread, which was quirky, but was rather tasty. The guacamole was not up to par though sadly.
The $5 burgers look amazing, and the opinion from the patron next me was "very good".
Overall, I will visit again to enjoy.
I stop in here maybe once a year and always have question why I don’t stop in more often. The food is always hands down delicious AF. The staff is always a good time and back patio is a vibe. Cheers!
This was a nice little place we stopped on for dinner before a play at the Lincoln. We were able to get a seat because it was early, but the place was hopping. I ordered the soft pretzels, which were delicious, and the Italian wedding soup, which was....not good. I only ate anot 4 bites of the soup. Service was great, but we had several different people come by instead of a single server. Maybe that is their standard operation, though? I will be going back again.
Went on a Wednesday night around 11 pm and this place was poppin! The atmosphere is amazing, even down to the wall art. I loved it???? Plenty of beer and cocktails to choose from, and the food is amazing! Will definitely be going back.
