Best KPortal Reviews

The decoration and the atmosphere are nice. I had the Traditional English Breakfast ($20) with additional Black Pudding ($5). The food tastes good, and the toast is quite interesting, very oiled up (inside and outside) instead of the normal toast (outside). I didn't expect to enjoy the bean much but it's surprisingly tasty. The bacon is not the crispy kind but I really enjoy it. Additionally, my server was named Kayley(?), and they were really attentive for serving and taking my orders; very welcoming attitude. However, I wasn't able to find the parking for the establishment, so I parked on the neighboring residential spot.
This place is an EXPERIENCE! It truly felt like I was in a British pub. My waitress even had a British accent. The decor is so cute and kitschy. The service is great! The food is interesting and different and good. Love and would def be back!
Wes there for St Patrick's day. Had good food and fun time with friends. Was crowded inside, so we went outside. Great weather and there was decent amount of seating. Food was very good. They even had a person playing the bagpipe. Had a great time
Food is mostly traditional English. They do have a few American style items. Everything has been great and love their daily specials.
Staff really makes the place memorable they all are super friendly and make you feel like a regular even when you aren't.
The inside is just this super relaxing and dim environment that has great decor makes the place feel cozy.
The food, services and atmosphere was great.
The food was definitely something that will keep me coming back . The Scottish birdie pie crust was chewy, flavorful and the perfect texture. Pair that with the rich flavorful gravy, and it's a match made in heaven. All that with some flavor packed juicy steak, and its got me craving more.
The seafood platter was great too. It has a good amount of coating, which turns amazing with the vinegar.
All that was amazing, but the highlight is the sticky toffee pudding. Such rich flavor and texture in a bowl of deliciousness!
The atmosphere is fantastic too. Definitely got a good pub feel, with out door seating. Can't go wrong wherever you end up sitting.
Definitely recommend coming back to this amazing pub
Loved this place - awesome food, great service. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Every dish was really good! I recommend the bangers! They had a nice crisp and such good flavor! The dessert was also perfection and big enough for two to share. I definitely want to go back and try more food. There is also A LOT to explore as far as decor. You truly feel like you are on a seaport with the captains.
We were at the Old Ship last evening celebrating my Dad's heavenly birthday. My Dad spent many happy years in England, so I decided to honor his memories by eating here. The Old Shipp transports you to a quaint, movie set like British pub.
Friendly, smiling staff. It is a lovely place to hang out for the local crowd. Even though it was a weekday, it did fill up.
There are plenty of beer selections. I found a new beer I like, the imported Apricot Ale from England.
The typical British staple Fish and Chips did not disappoint, and the cheeseburger was very good as well.
We enjoyed our visit. Great place to go in a crowd and hang out.
