We went to the OSF for the first time and really enjoyed it. The food was absolutely fantastic and the portions were a good size. The 3 course meal is fun with getting either soup or salad, the main entree, and then ice cream for dessert. A little pricey but most places are now these days. The service was a little slow.
But overall really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

One star for location and one for interior is all I have. The food was worse than TV dinners. Customer service was absent.ordered chicken marsala, with salad. My friend ordered spaghetti with marinara and some sauteed veggies. She got just marinara on spagetti. The menu says it cones with carrots and onions. When we told the server ,the veggies were missing... She said they were in the sauce, lol .Our server was plain rude and had a manager who matched. We paid for the 2 glasses of wine and left feeling very disappointed.
The food was the best part of our experience here and even that wasn't great. The food tasted fine, but not great and the portion sizes are relatively generous. Other than that the experience was rough at best. Service was terribly slow and the pacing of the entire meal was not good. Felt like a restaurant chain that's given up on providing an even slightly elevated experience.
I cannot recommend anyone to go spend money here when there are so many other great Italian options in and around Carmel.

Love that they put the calorie count on the menu. Great food, but don’t want to overdo it on comfort food. Helps me make good decisions. Reservations are easy to make.
Garlic Cheese Bread was so good! House Chianti wine was perfect. House salad was not great but the entree was delicious. Inside decor was super fun!
Parking is a little skewed for construction, but there is still plenty of parking. We were seated right away. Ordered a short minute after that. Minestrone soup, salad,and bread came right out. lashon was very prompt, but not smothering. Food was delicious and hot from the kitchen. Beer was cold and the iced tea was perfect. No complaints. Very well done.
