We were looking for a “good sandwich” place to stop for lunch and happened to be close to The Old Fox. The owner was friendly and our food was amazing! We will definitely return if we make this road trip again!
After a day of riding at Interlake State recreational park, we were starving, so we gooled places to eat nearby, and The Old Fox was at the top of the list. We walked in, and i must say Michelle was nothing short of amazing. She has a great personality and is very friendly. The food was amazing, and the regulars that came in were all very nice. I'll definitely make this a pit-stop every time I'm in town. Thank you, Michelle, for the wonderful service and experience. (Oh, and I also found socks) lol
This place sucked, the waitress was rude. And the food was terrible. I would not let my friends ever take me there again,ever!
Great small town feel. The locals were fun and the band was great.
Good grub, fun atmosphere, cheap beer (from what I understand I don't drink). The locals are friendly and the proprietor is hilarious. Ask for the Old Fox Special and leave with a happy belly.
Very disappointed in this place as we usually enjoy small dive bar and grill places. We showed up and they had to pull out a table so we could sit down and did not wipe off the table. Staff was a bit rude told us we’d have to wait 15-20 minutes before she would even take our order because there were phone in orders ahead of us. We decided to leave. Not at all representative of the reviews we read that lead us there. This is a hole-in-the-wall joint that definitely wouldn’t make the dives, drive in’s and diners list!
I should have written this review a long time ago, because ever since my family and I moved to this community, The Old Fox has been a great part of our lives. Great prices, great people, and the Pizza is the best I’ve had in the entire state of Indiana. Keep up the good work.
Been spending money in this bar for 15 yrs. Today after i paid for my beers i got hushed by the owner says im to loud. "ITS A BAR" not the first time The owner and one of her employeshave been RUDE. They are the rudest trash on the planet. Sorry Mrs Marry im hard hearing and got a call from work. My money will be good at the Marathon.........
