I drove from Kentucky to have my birthday dinner with my kids and the grand baby last night and we had excellent service. Food was so delicious and atmosphere was perfect. Staff surprised me with this piece of cake! Great job everyone! We will be back! Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our lunch today. Jasmine got our drinks and checked on us. Kim T. was our server. Personable and kind. We will be back again. Took our mom for lunch and she is 90 years young - it is refreshing to have good meal and service - especially when you take a loved one that doesn't get out as often! Thank you!!! Highly recommend
First time there and wanted the ribeye and cheddar sandwich. I was told it was only a lunch special Monday - Friday, which is fine. So I asked to order a regular Philly, with a side of cheddar to dip it in. The waiter said they could do that, no problem. They brought out a Philly with cheddar on the sandwich. He said "My bad, they put the cheddar on the sandwich. You want a new one. I replied " I don't wanna make it hard on anyone." He reassured me it was no problem. Then a female came out with a plain Philly and slices of cheddar... I told her the Philly was suppose to be regular, with melted White American, and a side of Cheddar to dip it in. She rudely said "We don't have cheddar sauce!" Well... when I asked for a side to DIP... the sandwich in, they should have told me that, instead of saying "no problem!" At that point I was just fed up and said I'd just not eat. They left the sandwich and walked away. I'd say our waiter was ok, other than being there for 1 1/2 hours and only getting 1 refill... plus the whole not letting me know they had no cheddar sauce. Also, the cups were nasty with calcium build up rings (see pics) First and Last time for everything!
Food was excellent. I got the fish and chips. I also got a giant pretzel because why wouldn't you. Staff was good and on time. The carrot cake was top notch. I will be coming here again.
Our family loved the food!! The kids cleaned there and got free desert which they very much enjoyed!
How does French fries taste and smell like fish ? Ask for a burger well done, it was pink in the middle, Our experience here was terrible. I wouldnt tell a homeless man to eat here if It was free, undercooked meat, frozen appetizers, I was suprised there are so many good reviews maybe we just went on a night when you had people working that didn't know how to do their jobs, who knows, all I know is I'll never return even if our whole meal was comped.
Old Bag of Nails is a total vibe. I enjoy the atmosphere and the service on top of that the food is top tier.
We went on Monday night and there was no wait to get a table. Food AND service great! I highly recommend. ????
