I have been going to the oil change since 2020 when I first moved to Southfield. The service is fantastic. They never over charge or attempt to charge me for things that I don’t need. if I could give more than five stars, I definitely would Rick and his crew are amazing.
I had the best experience at this place, Ricky is the best, took good care of my car, complete oil change and the rest of the checks on my car done, great personality also and very professional. Is my first visit and I certainly will be back again for my next oil change. Deborah Griffin RN
Best oil change place ever. No extra fees. No gimmicks. No pressure sales. No premium oil forced on you. Only get the device you ask for with a smile. In the era of lowest tier $60 oil changes with extras and junk, it's nice to be treated like a person that matters and not be gouged.
I have a 2014 Cherokee and he said a need a $90 oil change at first he said the oil change was $109 and he was going to take $10 off. I said the only place that changes my oil is the dealer he says they only use synthetic oil. I said how do you know it’s not on the sticker because at first he tried pulling the sticker and saying it was on there. I had just left Southfield Chrysler and they said they don’t do oil changes after 4 p.m. are usually get their special three oil changes for $99. He said well guess what they went up now it’s $109. I was on the phone telling my daughter this and he interrupted and but it in and said something. I am really tired of people getting over especially men when women to come in to get their vehicle serviced. I thought I would be OK because it was just a simple oil change.He says check around everywhere it’s $90.
Been coming to this place for at least a couple years now. It is a great oil change spot exceptional service Great customer service! Rick and including Marcus take care of me all the time. If you're looking for a oil change spot that provides all of these. Then search no further.
I just came to get an oil change it states they were opened until 7 I blew and blew my horn. A guy comes to the window and just throws his hands up never comes out continues to ignore me I blow again he pauses and stared. I mouthed are you open. He says no it’s only 6:35 when we spoke. Smh. Poor customer service
