Really surprised with how delicious the food was! Great quality and love seeing the chefs in action. When you stay at a hotel airport, you don’t have many options and you expect the worse but this restaurant was not at all like that. All the staff were so lovely and nice.
Very disappointed. Atmosphere nice, but food no better then chain pub food. Had
Wagyu
burger it as OK but frozen chips not ideal for a £19.50 meal. Did mention this to the server who said she would pass comment onto the kitchen. Not impressed. Partner had fish and chip for £21.50 also did not feel value for money. Don't get me wrong more then happy to pay when you have had a nice meal and enjoyed it, but this was very below the standard I would expect for the price paid.

If you are rush to go to airport and you have reservation at the Hilton, you can eat here and you will be relaxed and happy!
The restaurant is very good. The quality of the food is high as well as the level of the kitchen despite being the restaurant of an hotel. Also the selection of beers is quite good - I went for an IPA a which turned out to be a good choice. Also the burger was a positive surprise. Although being quite traditional burger the “black” bread was delicious. Definitively recommended.
Fantastic service by Kelina. So very welcoming, kind and prompt. Everyone right from the Reception to the table service makes you feel valued as a customer. The food, though slightly costly, is really good, tasty and well presented. The ambience is nice, clean and well presented. Will definitely visit again when in Birmingham.
Excellent food + great service, rump steak was perfectly cooked(medium) and scallops were yummy ????, highly recommend eating here if you are waiting for a flight as it's only 5 mins walk from terminal
As hotel restaurants go this is way way above average. Spotlessly clean, efficient and fast service from friendly staff and excellent food as well.
