The New U Salon Suites has been an amazing place for me to grow my business. I’ve been here since March 2020 doing just eyelash extensions. Then, I went to cosmetology school Fall of 2020. After graduating in 2021 from Cosmo school, I continued to grow my clientele, and services at The New U. Best decision ever.
The salon suites Natalie has built, are beautiful and trendy. Natalie has also been great to work with, and rent from. If you are looking to go independent as a stylist, this place is for you.
There’s so many different independent service providers to choose from at The New U. You can’t go wrong with any of them, if you are thinking about booking with any of the girls here. :)
If I wasn’t moving away, I would definitely be staying here. 10/10 recommend.
I am new to the area and found this place based on great reviews. I went in for my appointment, just wanting a cut that included having the back of my hair cut into a stack. After cutting it, the stylist had her next appointment show up, so she rushed to finish mine. She halfway dried it, leaving it mostly wet, and I couldn't tell how it looked. She pulled the cape off and rushed me out the door. I didn't attempt to fix it until the next morning, and when I did, I realized the whole back of my hair looked like it had been chewed up and spit out. It's uneven with huge gaps in it, and it's completely embarrassing. I had to get another place to try to fix it. Horrible haircut, and I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!!!
I have been seeing Natalie seen I was at least 10 years old (now 23)! My whole family has followed her throughout the years and we still to this day go and see her! She is THE only one I can fully trust to touch my hair. I know I can walk in and say Natalie make me look good and walk out looking fabulous! When I lived in North Carolina I would WAIT until I went home to visit to get my hair done, because no one can do it like Natalie can :) Can't wait for my next appointment soon!!
After realizing how badly I needed a haircut, I started calling around to find an opening on the same day. Natalie was great, and fit me in. Little bit of a scary cut, as more than 8 inches got chopped, but she was incredibly friendly and kind about it! Thank you! I'll definitely be back.
I work out of town most of the time, but when I am home in Idaho Falls I get my hair cut at Natalie’s Salon Suite. Natalie does a super job cutting my hair and provides great customer service. I always recommend her to my family, friends, and anyone who is looking for a great haircut.

Natalie is the best hair dresser I have been to. People ask me all the time who does your hair. If you want to look like you just got your hair done at a high priced Solon in California but not pay the high price go see Natalie.
I was visiting from out of town, and needed to get my hair cut. I found Natalie on Google, and called to see if I could get an appointment. She had just left for the day, but turned around and came back to do my hair. And she did a wonderful job! I love my new haircut!
Natalie is one of the most talented hairdressers I know! She is a wonderful person, highly professional and very talented. I would recommend her to anyone!
