A lovely cosy bar. Owner was lovely. We were with our car club and we were looking for cake and coffee/ tea for our drink stop. He provided lovely cakes and drinks as a good package price. So accommodating.
Land lord always there with a welcoming smile and a great pint. Juke box always flowing always a brilliant atmosphere
We enjoyed a good few hours in the company of Lee the landlord and Bolton the barman. The Doombar was excellent. It was a quiet night but there was still a good atmosphere.
We walked in to bar area on a Friday night . Fabulous greeting.,superb service. Excellent staff . Great beer. Utterly amazing experience..would definitely recommend. Would love to return some day ( night!)
Awful.||Abrasive staff seek only to humiliate and show off to their cronies.||Totally discouraging to new customers. No proper beer in stock and unwilling to serve nominated drivers a non alcoholic drink. An utter embarrassment to the town.
We First Went Into The Nags Head A Few Months Ago, Claire Was The Bar Lady On Shift And She Was Fantastic! All The Staff Are Fantastic To Be Honest, Very Friendly, Polite And Helpful. They've Got A Function Room And Outside Seating Area Which Are Both Nice. The Beers Are A Good Price And Although We Have Not Tried The Food It All Looks Lovely When You Pass The Kitchen Area. We Usually Go During The Daytime But Ended Up In There Into The Evening Yesterday And Even Though It Was Busier Then We Normally Like, It Actually Was A Really Good Atmosphere. We Call It Our Yocal Coz Its Our Favourite Pub In Lampeter.

Fabulous pub great friendly chilled atmosphere fantastic helpful staff, beer was great and good choice available. Visited a few pubs on the visit to Lampeter this was by far the friendliest would definately recommend
