Best KPortal Reviews
my family and i love this restaurant and order from here frequently, and have been for at least two years. we spend at least $200 when we go!! we recently ordered and immediately i noticed that they have made their containers smaller while the meal is the EXACT same price of $22!!! the white container is not from mukase but that is the size their containers used to be, the black container on the right is now the new size. and when you open the container it is not even filled fully, they simply fill stew around the meat. in the picture with my bowl i haven’t even dipped stew mind you, just removed meat and see how the stew is depleted. in my eyes this is a cheat and frankly, very disappointing. i love this restaurant but this is what will make me stop eating from a place when they do stuff like this to good paying customers.
We ordered Kenkey with fried fish and fried yams with turkey tail. They were absolutely delicious and had an authentic Ghanaian taste!
My favorite part was the pepper sauce and shito that came with the food. They transported me right back to Accra, where I visited 10 years ago.
While I thoroughly enjoyed every bite, the restaurant lacked indoor seating. There's a lot of empty space that could be a great dining area. Luckily, the food was perfect for a picnic, and Foster Beach was the ideal spot.
We didn't order online ahead of time, but our order was ready within 15 minutes. I was excited to exchange a few words in Twi with the staff.
We'll definitely be back next time we're in the city to try more of the menu!
The food was a 6.5 out of 10
I was really looking forward to eating here because I saw it on Instagram. I am Nigerian and I am extremely disappointed. The jollof rice tasted like nothing. Egusi tasted like ravioli. Spinach stew. I was not pleased with the flavors of this food. The only thing that was pretty good was the meat pie. The meat inside of the pie could have been more savory but the pastry part was sweet and I did like it.
The food was okay, I ordered on Uber eats for their promo. The potion sizes are pretty big.
The wings were pretty good.
Only ever ordered takeout and never been disappointed. The food is amazing every single time and the portion is pretty good for the price.
I keep telling my girl we’re going to leave her a review. First of all , not because she asked but because she deserves it! This food is amazing!! The food is Always fresh and the customer service is great. Me and my hubby went there one night for some quick take out for my birthday and ever since then I will travel for this food!! My husband loved the flavor but he couldn’t tolerate the spice, me on the other hand I love the spicy! Food is fire! It’s worth it!
Amazing West African food. I grew up in a Liberian household and the pepper soup here tastes just like my mother used to make. Great prices for the portions of food and very flavorful. This food is made with love
I have ate fufu 2xs before && both times they were at different Restaurants. Terrible!
I was recommended to this location by my cousin. I ordered 2 of the Egusi soup with pounded yam & fish and OMG!!! 5 stars!!!
The best I have ever tasted in my 3xs experience of ever eating it.
The lady who also took my order over the phone was so polite and sweet. It was a far drive that when I arrived the doors were locked cause they were closing but she still had my order hot and ready. I thought they would have been upset and gave attitude but they were just sooooo sweet. I said if I love the food I would be leaving my review so here I am leaving a 5star review because everything was on point. From customer service, down to when I walked out the doors. Thank you so much and may the lord continue to bless the hands that throw down in the kitchen ????❤️ thank you
