Very casual dinning and great location, it's close to the bus tour meeting point. We had a veggie pizza and their fish and chips. Price is reasonable and great portions. We easily could've shared one dish but we wanted to try their pizza because it looked good. It gets busy because of all the tours, so definitely be patient because they are trying their best to bring the food out quickly, which they did! We had plenty of time to dine in and make it to our tour on time. You can dine in or take out. Shout out to our Turkish server (forgot his name but worked for royal caribbean for a long time) he was very friendly and gave us to try their delicious baklava! Highly recommend.
The location is very nice and close to the viewpoint.

This restaurant is a casual and relaxed restaurant good to have simple food and drinks. Don't expect too much but portions are good.

It's amazing - never before have I had food that looked so good yet tasted so bad. The peas were cold. The macaroni cheese tasted weird - kinda mustardy? And the chips were absosultely terrible. They were cold, chewy, and greasy. The other two people I was with had similar experiences with their food. There are only 3 explantions for good reviews for this place:
1) They're fake
2) The reviewer doesn't have taste buds
3) The reviewer got lucky and ordered one of the edible items on the menu, assuming there are any
I had the pleasure of lunch at The Moorings Restaurant on Christmas Day, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Despite it being a holiday, they had a full staff working, and the service was exceptionally warm and attentive.
I ordered the fish and chips, and I must say, The portion size was incredibly generous, and every bite was flavorful and perfectly cooked.
Thank you, Moorings Restaurant, for making my Christmas lunch so enjoyable.

In 2022 My friends and I stopped here on a day out to Loch Ness. I forgot to write a review but we all enjoyed the food here very much. The food and service was so good we came back in January 2024 where the food and service was still amazing! They do their own Scottish ???????????????????????????? take with Haggis Pizza ???? and you get a lot of pizza for your money too.
It’s a great road trip style diner for a Scotland road trip adventure! Highly recommended place from a road trip experience.
This restaurant is just located opposite of Loch Ness cruise terminal. It's good to take a quick lunch here if rushing for a cruise ride.
We were having lunch here. We reached 12:10pm. Food served 12:30pm. Our cruise at 12:45pm. Just in time
Roasted half chicken was delicious. Juicy and crispy. Roasted so well. 4 stars
Onion rings was done wonderfully. But a bit pricey. 3 stars
One of the only restaurants open in the area that time I visited Loch Ness but it did not disappoint. The servings were massive. Price was very justified and there are take away options as well.
Casual restaurant, right on the bank of the canal flowing into Loch Ness. Fast service, clean dining tables, upbeat music.
Wide variety of food, a little overpriced but overall a good meal.
