Staff were very friendly and attentive, food was freshly cooked with good sized portions. We ordered Pizza, Fish & Chips and daily special Double Smash Burger. Everyone was really happy with their food. We also couldn’t resist orders of the incredible Double Nutella Waffles before finishing up. Great meal and would visit again.
My son and I stopped in on April 24th. I had the soup starter and a single smash burger and he had the fish and chips. We shared a white chocolate and Nutella waffle with strawberries. I am not a waffle fan, but this waffle was absolutely amazing ???? and I'm SO glad we tried it. Our server was so friendly and very attentive. The place was very busy being one of the only places open at the time, but we didn't feel rushed or neglected. Cute atmosphere. We will be returning.
Super friendly efficient staff, lovely pizzas….but the fish…wow! Possibly the best fish I have had. Light batter and fresh flaky delicious fish.
And the waffles look amazing too. Although we all had the warm cookie dough with ice cream…..mmmm!
Just happened to be passing after a walk to the castle. Dogs allowed. Had lovely fish and chips, then waffle and ice cream. Friendly service. A pleasant surprise.
We had a lovely dinner overlooking Loch Dunvegan. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Its a shame that the food was lackluster, the chips where grainy and dry. The fish had no real taste to it and the pizza's where undercooked and didnt have a lot of toppings. The milkshake was divine though.
Lovely restaurant & take away. We got fish and chips twice, although it's not a tradition fish and chip shop, it was still delicious! Customer service 10/10

After a disappointing fine dining experience at the three chimneys in Isle of Skye, our visit to The Misty was nothing short of spectacular, making it a must-visit.
From the moment we stepped in, the warmth and efficiency of the service set the tone for the evening. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting us with smiles and ensuring our needs were promptly attended to throughout our meal.
The menu at offered a delightful range of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The standout dishes for were the us were the pizza and the fish and chips. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with the pizza boasting a perfectly crispy crust and wonderfully balanced toppings, while the fish was fresh, flaky in a light, crispy batter.
However, the real stars of the show were the milkshake and the day's special waffle. The milkshake was rich and creamy, a decadent treat that was enjoyed by both kids and adults. The waffle was simply divine, served warm with just the right amount of crispness and topped with Nutella and bananas. The dessert was so exceptional it left us searching for comparisons, only to find that nothing else could measure up.
Adding to the appeal were the very reasonable prices, which provided excellent value for the quality and portion sizes. It was a delightful surprise, especially in a tourist-frequented location where dining can often come with a hefty price tag.
I highly recommend The Misty to anyone visiting the Isle of Skye. It's a place where you can truly enjoy a meal that exceeds expectations without breaking the bank. Spend your money here and skip the overpriced and underwhelming alternatives.
