My wife and I drove the Honda Pilot for breakfast in the Media area on Wednesday morning. However, soon as we arrived at the parking lot, I found out our car could not be restarted. I felt so helpless as there was no one near by that I could ask for help, and I never thought my car would fail me. I called Paul for help immediately! He calmed me down even though it was one of his busiest day with his assistant out sick. He then told me to enjoy my breakfast and he would call me back in 15 minutes once he freed up. I felt very relaxed after talking to him and, to my surprise, he not only called me back but he showed up in the parking lot, ready to offer his help! My car started right after he helped jump my car and had identified that the battery terminals were loose and the battery was bad. I took the car to him the next day for repair; he not only helped rescue me from my strangle but also resolved my battery and connection issues. He is very reliable and a professional mechanic that everyone should count on. Thank you, Paul!

My car was sluggish to start. I called and spoke to Paul on a Saturday_he said to bring it in. Super quick and efficient troubleshooting my car and another that arrived. No obvious problem- but he offered to keep it overnight and start it. Ordered part but then he found a simple reason why it was sluggish- USER ERROR! Offered to keep part for few days while I drive/try it.

I called Paul after previous negative experiences with other mechanics and was treated great by Paul! He took the time to fully explain everything wrong with my car, and was readily available to see my car (the multiple times I needed it!). Paul even recommended I take my service bills to Ford for a reimbursement, which I never even thought of, and it worked! I’ve felt tricked by mechanics before, but I find Paul to be honest, respectable and open to explaining issues and costs. I’ve recommended him to everyone at my job should they need assistance.

Had my oil changed and brakes done here. Prices are fair and work is done in a timely matter. Paul is an honest mechanic and won’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need. It’s also super convenient that they are open 7 days a week. Highly recommend.

Very good work. I have had catalytic converters and a full exhaust changed by them. The work was done quickly and done right. The owner and workers are friendly. I would recommend to anyone and would get work done by them agaim.

Words can't express how grateful I am to Paul. I found him on Google after deciding not to take my 2018 Wrangler back to Reedman Toll in Springfield due to their incompetence with fixing my brakes and stopping the squealing. Come to find out, my brake pads were cracked which caused damage to my rotors (this came two months after I originally took my car to Reedman Toll and they gave me new brakes, only for me to take it back and they diagnosed cracked pads and *claimed* they replaced them with new ones). Paul replaced all 4 of my brakes and rotors for a fraction of what Reedman Toll would have charged me. Paul was professional and kept me abreast of what was happening during the 2 days my car was in his possession (it took time to locate the correct brake/rotor size and quality parts). He and Ted were diligent and provided quality service. Reedman Toll will NEVER lay a finger on my Jeep again!

RIP OFF. To start this guy broke my break shield while replacing a wheel hub and did not bother to mention it. Complete rip off mechanic with stereoTypical line “Well technically the state of Pennsylvania says it can’t leave without a tow truck”. Once this guy feels like he’s reeled you in he will make you feel like you need parts that your car does not need. Also, during my visit, three times he mentioned a sketchy loan from an office next-door to him so that he can get more money out of my visit. I will never return to this business or recommend to anyone I know. You’ll get ripped off.

Edited to reply: The statement about my wheel hub coming apart by hand is a bold face lie. I was in the shop and watched this guy pound it with a mallet and I seen it bend the break shield with my own eyes. I thought he’d just bend it back. Not completely destroy it and take it off on his own accord. My review stands.

I had an oncoming car inspection & wanted to check my tires. I was then told that I needed to replace all four. An employee emphasized to purchase his recommended tires that I've never heard of (& not even listed within Consumer Reports magazine). I received 3 other company quotes (including JustTires in Media) --> all of whom stated that changing my tires were absolutely unnecessary.
