We LOVED the Oreo Cream Dark Chocolate fondue, delicious with the strawberries especially! Hands down the best part of the meal was the service. Mitch was being trained by Joey and we were actually the first table he has served. We were celebrating our 3 year anniversary and had made reservations in advanced. I also want to note that since we signed up for their loyalty account and it was our anniversary this month and my boyfriend's birthday was this month they gave us two 6 piece chocolate covered strawberries. Joey and Mitch's service was phenomenal. Mitch was very charismatic and was very impressive flambeing the chocolate fondue! We will be requesting his service when we make reservations for our next visit.
Justin made a great suggestion to put rose petals on the table. My wife knew I'd gotten flowers, but she didn't expect the rose petals!
This added to a great experience for our 43rd anniversary
I truly couldn't have added anything to make it better, well worth every dollar spent, plus!
Additionally, the service was great, very anxious to please at every turn.
We had the "Big Night Out +" (with lobster and tenderloin)
FANTASTIC!
Delicious! Hadn't been here in years and really enjoyed dinner. Recommend the Wisconsin Cheese fondue and Flaming Turtle chocolate fondue.
Waitstaff was attentive, our waiter explained menu options and how to cook the food. Make sure you allow at least 2 hours to eat.
Went here for a first date - honestly, I was sufficiently worried that it might have been overpriced. However, experiencing the big dinner, a full four course meal, I couldn't have been more wrong. Our Server, Joey, was incredibly kind and helped us as it was our first time at a Fondue location. We had the Five Cheese Mac Fondue, Caesar Salads, and the S'mores chocolate fondue. In addition, we ordered an extra charcuterie for the first fondue, which was well worth it with Chorizo and other meats. The main entree involved a variety of meats I can't really list off by memory but it was a great experience! Expect to spend 100+ per person though if you get add-ons + tax etc! I will say, however, next time I'll go for just the cheese fondue as the full thing was quite more food than I expected! In addition, they also ask about *any* food allergies you may have to help accommodate!
Worst experience dining I’ve ever had. Our server was nick he seemed very rushed despite it not being very busy while we were there. We had a reservation for 7:30, we were seated 15 mins late. We wanted to do the ultimate 5 course experience and the first three courses were okay despite our waiter slamming the plates down on the table while serving them. Our server nick took our menus away and told us we did not have any more choices to make for the rest of the meal, even though there are two entree& dessert options we had not picked. He brought out the more expensive choice for entrees and, only when I asked about the option that does not include lobster because I do not eat seafood, did he bring out the entree we wanted. At this point we were supposed to cook it but he could not figure out how to keep our grill at a temperature to cook with and our meat sat half cooked, cooling off on the grill for about 15 mins until he came back and it never fully cooked. The filet also was disgusting and looked more like trimmings (I will include pics) but we couldn’t cook it anyways! We decided to skip the entree and just move on to desert after this, which also took while coming out. All this to say you’re making a big mistake going here for a celebration and we will definitely not be back!
We went for my husband's birthday. His first time and we loved it. Love how the table kept us feeling in our own area. The cheese was my favorite. We did the 4 course meal and we were getting very stuffed near the end. Two cons of this the dinner was one you smell like you work in a kitchen at the end, but hey you are cooking your food lol. Two was the server, he wasn't doing more than the minimum. I thought he was having an off day which he could still have. But he was talking and do a great job with another table of his. We kind of felt that he thought we weren't worth the hassle. Nice guy just was looking for a great experience.
My girlfriend and I stopped in for the first time, for our 2 year anniversary. It was a stellar experience! Highly recommend for special occasions.
My wife and I went on a tuesday night. Our server Rico was very kind, professional and attentive. The bartender/manger of the evening Josh, made amazing drinks and check in on us making sure we were doing alright. . We were especially impressed with Josh's skill making the yin-yang martini, considering they lost their stencil. Thank you all, It was a great experience for our date night and we will definitely be back.
