I took my car to Lee yesterday. He was recommended to be by my neighbours family. I’ve had ongoing issues with my car, been to two other garages, and still had problems with it, reoccurring, causing me financial difficulties and really bad anxiety. Within half an hour Lee phoned, giving me a detailed account of exactly what was wrong, he fixed my car and I collected it within a few hours. He explained really clearly to me, the work that he had done and I drove away reassured that I now have a mechanic who is trustworthy and efficient. Look no further, this is hands down the most genuine honest garage around! Knowledgeable, reasonable they carry out MOT’S and servicing and all repairs including auto electrical. Had an issue with a car stuck at home, Billy came out to me when the break down cover refused! Keep up the good work! A garage that actually cares about customer service! Thanks boys!

After having a bad experience with another mechanics, I decided to go with these guys for my MOT and services and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. They are always so welcoming and kind, never over priced and are honest and ethical. Couldn’t recommend enough!
My coil spring broke over the Christmas break, after hitting an unseen pothole on the motorway and 'The Mechanics' came to pick my car up because I was too worried to drive it. I used these chaps for the first time over the last couple weeks after getting an engine light on a car I just bought.
Firstly these chaps actually answer the phone! I spent much of my day, early last week, calling garage after garage with no answer and I wish I called these guys first. They answered the phone first time and were glad to talk me about my car problems and booked me in straight away.
Billy was the one working on my car and I cannot praise him enough. He did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and keeping me informed with progress and letting me know what things to look out for in the future.
On top of this he was sure to let me know about the price of parts before ordering them to make sure I was happy with what was being spent.
These guys are really genuine and really reasonably priced for the quality of their service. If you're looking for a great local mechanic then definitely give these guys a call! I will definitely be going back!
The mechanics at Fisher rd kingswood have just fitted a new battery on my car.i needed it done quickly and they couldn't have been more helpful. The new battery was ordered and fitted in 2 hours.you can't get a better service than that.i have used the mechanics several times now.the are always willing to help you out with any problem if they can.i would recommend them to anyone.
