As always, polite, attentive and the perfect place for a pint after a long week, you have the odd louder patron but if you go round the sides it's a much calmer and quieter atmosphere.
Good pub, deceiving big, bar games, dart board and friendly staff. Well worth a cheeky pint or two! Shame the pool table has gone ???? no food is served here.

Lovely friendly pub
Quite pub (to be fair I have only been in on a Sunday) nice relaxed atmosphere friendly staff and a good selection of drinks.
Lovely garden and good value drinks. Poor drink selection, no bar menu, doesn't take card, very local and slightly unwelcoming. A lick of paint, better drinks and food and a bit of imagination and this has the potential to be a proper nice pub. Shame really but could be worse.
Stopped for a lunchtime drink with mate couple of years back and whilst waiting to be served my mate was asked by the guy propping up the bar if he would by this stranger a pint. My mate kindly refused only to then be called a tight c@#t. Lady behind the bar heard it and done nothing. Never returned.....
