Google maps menu link doesn't work. doesn't have a website. girl on the phone makes you repeat everything multiple times and forgets what you said. waiting time is horrendous at 1h 30mins averagely, took them nearly 2 for me this time. food is bland, chips are horrible cheap soggy fries. prices have been raised, over £9 for a crispy chili beef and around the same price for a quatre aromatic duck. No asian drinks, just cans of soft drinks charged at above average prices. overall, not the worst chinese i've ever had, and it's an alternative to other local chinese shops, but certainly not a good one either. Got my order incorrect so had to argue for a partial refund and didn't follow delivery instructions so had to walk down the road in the rain.
We were told the delivery would be half an hour ( we live in Ventnor), it actually arrived after over 2 hours. Food was nearly cold. Had phonecall from delivery driver who was in a completely different road from the address we gave when ordering. Had ordered from this takeaway after a recommendation but will go back to our regular one as they don't take 4 times as long to deliver as they say on the phone.
Arrived super quick, so the fact it was stone cold was amazing, as for the chips, well, even the dog said no, the curry sauce was actually nice, good news because the rest of it was hideous, never again
The lady on the phone took our order address and just hung up.. when the delivery man came to the door, he just blankly looked at us before telling me he didn’t have a card machine, and I should phone back up to pay over the phone. We got our meals to discover the duck was burned completely, and they had given us a different order to what we had asked, all served cold.
Totally disappointed with my food order. Not only was it wrong, but most items tasted bland and watery. Will never be ordering from here again!
Absolutely awful, sweet flavourless goop. No resemblance to Chinese food in any way.
DO NOT USE. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes, the wrong food turned up. (It was awful quality too). When I called to ask what happened the 'kid' who takes orders simply shrugged and couldn't care less. I asked to speak to the owner. They couldn't be more rude. They couldn't care less. Said they were too busy and hang up! Great. Enjoy being busy while it lasts!
Do not try this food. There are photos on line of bad hygiene and i ordered a meal they delivered it to someone else and told me i had it. Disgraceful service, go to the New chinia house. Proffesional service and amazing food. Still the mandarin have not offered a refund or my food.
