Super fast service. Fantastic noodles. Incredible pricing. Flavors were very good. Not very spicy on the spicy items, so don't be scared.
It's very cool to be able to see the noodles made in front of you. Definitely worth the stop.
Awesome food, friendly staff and excellent prices! I had the beef burrito which was tasty, the pork belly fried rice which was pretty good and also the Chong Qing spicy noodles with hand pulled noodles, It was delicious! I'll definitely be back and often! Lots of parking out front. Additional photos on my profile page and videos on my YouTube page
Ok now hear me out. I really like this place. I’ve seen a lot about both locations and been waiting to head in and get busy. So let’s get to it. Upon arrival we walk in and to be quite honest. It’s kinda reminiscent of a small Japanese village shop. You’ve got the guys stringing and slinging noodles through the glass for all to see. You get hit with a few succulent smelling broth aromas amongst other goodies. We get seated pretty quickly as we caught them on a slower day. Though you wouldn’t know it by the amount of in and out traffic for mobile orders sheesh!!! The menu isn’t at All intimidating as you may think. It’s pretty straight forward. I did a blind order and pointed to a item and shot my shot lol. Things get interesting that way I think. So it ended up being the Szechuan Beef Brisket Noodle Soup. A dope pick of if I do say so myself. Mad delicious, super hearty meal and quit picturesque. “Pro tip. Your chopstick game needs to be on point to handle these bad boys” lol. Aside from that we also got an order of the fried rice with NO veggies (I’m grown now. Moms had no say so about this plate, Rebel, Rebel, Rebel,) that rice was on TEN!! Soo good. We had a chopstick duel over it no kidding. They just needa give us a bit more. Wasn’t a lot of i
The food was excellent. Really great service from the staff. I had the brisket soup with extra wide noodles. It was superb and the broth was perfect. You can't forget the chili oil. I recommend this place to anyone who loves noodles. All the side dishes was good also. Especially the fried rice and chive pancakes. Amazing.
Best hand made noodles place so far!! The braised beef broth is fabulous and full of flavor. Beef melts in your mouth and it’s tender and juicy. Fried rice excellent. Al dente and full of flavor too. One of my faves from now on. Highly recommended.
Super tasty and authentic hand pulled noodles. Very similar to ones I ate in China, I loved it and I’d come back here and time.
This place is However popping off and extremely popular, so you may have to place yourself on the wait list and wait for a table. It’ll be worth it, we were lucky and got seated within 10 minutes.
The location is perfect for locals. It’s a small restaurant with enough seating for multiple families and single parties. You are able to watch them craft the noodles and cook your food. They are very welcoming and attentive to your needs. I’m not a fan of the knife cut noodles, due to their thickness, but their broth and meat were cooked perfectly. Recommend their beef 100%!
Our family thought this noodle shop was better than Sheng. Noodles (we got knife cut) were much chewier and had a more satisfying bite and flavor. The soup base is a push with Sheng. Tried Dan Dan, spicy pork, and beef noodle soup. All very good. Dan Dan had some nice numbing as well. Fried rice was excellent. But we did not like the fried dumplings very much. Flavor was ok but the texture was gooey and not pleasant to the bite. Onion pancakes were very solid and an amazing value. We loved everything else. Also we sat in less than 15 min which will probably not be the case going forward as more people discover this place. Don't let the name fool you. It's a great authentic noodle spot!
