Ok so this is the inside of a fresh pancake roll? (Picture taken when plating up) The outside was a very dark brown/ burnt and the inside was this? … avoid this establishment. Owner argumentative and all about the money not the food.

of a comment below) i ordered three items all THREE were fit for the Dustbin and not for the stomach, which is where all three items went the bin!! If the food wasn’t insulting enough i am told to go through an outside bin and give the disgusting food back for a refund? I don’t think so.
Maybe you should go through the bin yourself!! Or maybe you shouldn’t charge the public for inedible food to begin with.

The shop was phoned earlier than suggested. The time you suggest is the time it took for you to call me back!!
I explained on the phone to you that the food arrived inedible and i had taken pictures for you to see before putting the food in the outside bin ( you refused to see them or to give me an email address to send them) I also explained that i never keep food in my inside bin because it makes my home smell. You told me to go outside and retrieve the food from the outside bin and give it back before any refund can be given?? Surely after looking at this review photo you can see how awful the food was when it arrived.
Twenty plus years my family have been ordering Chinese Takeaways from different establishments. (Chippy tea and Saturday night Takeaway is the law for many) and its becoming harder to have treats like this because of the expense! ….Food turning up fit for the bin is not ok, you can also make people very unwell. This by far is the worst - From the food to management -awful argumentative disaster (AVOID the hassle good people order elsewhere)
This restaurant's kebab is absolutely fantastic. The combination of spices used in the marinade really made the meat sing, and the vegetables were the perfect complement. I highly recommend giving this dish a try but be prepared portion size is tiny !

This used to be the best Chinese now food is totally disgusting high price for tasteless greasy rubbish will never use again curry tastes like washing up liquid they have obviously changed chef and just highered there prices without a care for quality of food even looking at it puts you off eating will never pay there high prices again probably better tasting food from a dustbin
I have eaten at Lucky House few times now. Food is very tasty and fresh. Large variety of dishes and not expensive. Service quite fast on delivery, staff polite and friendly. Can definitely recommend to anyone.
I ordered at 11:15pm and they still took the order and delivered it to Woolston which was a bit out of their way. The food was hot, packaged well and absolutely delicious. The chicken in black bean sauce was amazing and the shredded chicken was so good would definitely recommend this place and will be ordering again ????
My absolute favourite Chinese takeaway! Have been ordering from there pretty much my whole life! They put so much love into making these dishes so that we can get the full experience of joy!
