I couldn’t give it one star or even 5 star because of my experience with trying to get in touch with someone from that business. I would love to have had an appointment. Made 5 attempts to make an appointment over the course of two weeks. No one ever answers the phone and if you try and make an appointment on line the system doesn’t work properly. I am sure they are good, according to the reviews I saw but I will never know because I never could get anyone to answer the phone and or return the messages left on the voice mail box.
As a seasonal resident, it has not been easy to return to the same stylist each year. That being said, it was my good fortune to connect with Taylor over the past few seasons. Taylor is professional, always on time, and has given me color and cut services that I am very happy with. I would highly recommend her.
My little sister just went here and came back crying because her hair wasn’t at all what she wanted and she even showed them a picture. She has darker hair and wanted thick lighter brown/blonde in her hair and her stylist gave her very thin highlights that you could barley see. An email was sent and she did apologize that she left my sister crying and said she should’ve explained her process to begin with. Just overall disappointed in how it turned out because she was really excited about getting it done. I feel she could at least have offered to retry for a discounted price or something like I would never ask for a full refund it just seems unfair. This was also $160.
Melissa is wonderful at her job. She compromised with me great for my appointment. With my thick and long hair she did amazing, way better than my last experience at a different salon. She is so nice and I'll never go to anyone else.
I went for the first time and Courtney did my color and high lights. She did a great job; was very attentive, caring and the color turned out great. I had 3 different colors and a bad haircut when I went in and walked out feeling like a million dollars. I felt pampered and cared about, rather than just another number as in my prior salon. I highly recommend this place.
Even though I struggled with the appointment process, my experience with The Loft Hair Salon was the best experience I have ever had. The salon is beautifully aesthetic, organized, and a great environment. My boyfriend and I definitely enjoyed the appointment and will come back again! We had Taylor Correa-LaGrone for a Men's Haircut and a Drycut. She took her time, asked me what I wanted, and answered any questions I had. She really listened to me, and I love the outcome!
Had my very long hair cut and Taylor did an excellent job. I really love it. If you are looking for a new and updated look then call and ask for Taylor as she will give you a fantastic new look. Thanks The Loft Hair Salon!
If I could give no stars I would. The first time I went Here and had Taylor I got Charged 200$ for my hair to look exactly the same. I asked For my hair to be much lighter and she decided she thought a natural look would look better for MY hair. I decided to give it another shot today since I was Just getting a hair cut. First off, it was 30$ for just a cut that doesn’t even include a wash! And second, my hair is completely choppy and straight across and just looks awful. Biggest waste of my money. Don’t recommend going here if you have to get this hair stylist.
