Lisa does a wonderful job of cutting my thick, but fine textured hair. So happy I discovered her. She's great!
I have had mostly good haircuts, with two that were really horrible, and the latest will have me wearing hats for a month. I hate hats. Just excruciatingly bad, I look like I've been scalped. And my scalp is itching like crazy since. I was told that they don't do refunds. Caveat emptor.
Tried calling to set up an appointment after losing my cat to cancer to feel better but was denied because I no called no showed ONE time due to my cats declining health I had forgotten about the appointment. This is normally not like me and as someone who also works with scheduling appointments in also a very demanding and busy work place, we allow our clients a few more chances before we require a deposit in order to schedule the appointment. Their work is great but as far as their sense of understanding and empathy it's definitely lacking.
The Loft is unique and fun! Mandi has amazing hair skills and genuinely cares about the health of your hair and listens to what you want.

This place is awesome. Tori did a spectacular job with my cut and bayalage...and I'm fussy, as I've been disappointed at other salons. Tori really took the time to listen and give me exactly what I hoped for...I love my new look!!
I cant stand my hair, its thin, fine, and blah! I always dread having to get my hair done, and I always leave a salon telling myself to give it a few days to get use to. I gave Tori a little freedom with my hair, only thing that mattered is that its blonde, and I want to grow it out a little. She had a darker, blonde vision then I'm use to, but I put my trust in her, and she blew my mind with the results! I left in love with my hair! This is to good to be true! I also left knowing, right away, that this is my salon, this is my girl! This is how a person should feel after leaving from a hair appointment! I cant even believe I just said "I love my hair" not only did she do an amazing job on my hair, she made me feel so welcomed to be there. The Loft Hair Company is that hidden gem salon!
