The Lodge is a fantastic place, a curious mix of high end ladies clothing and fashions, and a cafe. Doesn't sound like it should work, but it does. Excellent and comfortable surroundings, great food and first class service. Recommended.
Was looking forward to visiting as the cafe and shop looked nice on the website.
Unfortunately the coffee we ordered was pretty dire (almond latte), and there was very little on the menu for vegans or vegetarians (jacket potato and baked beans, that was it. They didn't have a dairy free option spread so we couldn't have a toasted tea cake. It doesnt take much to offer more vegan/veggie options, look at the menu in Marmalade Cafe Rhos on Sea, caters for all Always have good service here. The staff and owners are great. All the food is lovely but especially the Lemon Merangue Pie, scones, Bakewell Tart and Afternoon Teas, I never know what to order. We call it our staff canteen.

Sadly I was attending a funeral. However the staff were attentive, the buffet superb( don't know if thats something they do much of) . My husband loved the scones so overall a really nice place. The outside area was pretty and my relative visits often and she's fussy. Impressed. Worth a visit
Coffee, cakes, quiche and couture!
This charming , well, I don't know what to call it!
It's a coffee shop that does delicious cakes, scrumptious breakfasts, wonderful brunches or light lunches, in a charming environment, indoors and out, with excellent service.
But it's also an amazing ladies' dress shop, dresses meaning also trousers, tops, skirts, both formal and smart-casual. Very smart!
The food is great, the waitresses lovely, the shop is so tempting...
All in the beautiful Welsh countryside between Denbigh and Ruthin, with a nice big carpark.
Don't forget your credit card when you go, the clothes are irresistible!
