5 Stars is an under assessment , The Lodge earns 6 plus ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ????!!!Granted a 25 year Anniversary occasion may have elevated our experience just a tad. We are pleased to have chosen The Lodge for all the right reasons beginning with parking galore in their own forested car park area , so easy. We made reservations for two for a fine meal & Jazz as performed by Jazz Masters Mink & Pao forming Papapao. As we ascend the broad planked stairway and marvel at the rustic Lodge feel adorned with so many accent lights we feel as if we are in Lake Tahoe , California. Pure Magic ! Outside there is a spacious grassy area , numerous tables, a deck overlooking a pond , more mood lighting , Wow ! We were greeted & seated adjacent to the Papapao duo & enjoyed their sounds right from the outset ! Meera was our server along with Rohid & others. We had the best, most attentive, well timed , professional service experience right here at the Lodge ! Flawless, clean & aestetically pleasing spacious interior with a Phenomenal bar, a Major Wine room , comfortable tables and chairs and so much more ! We met Adam one of the Owners & he sat with us , the story of how the Lodge came to be and his passion and insight or vision to create this Enchanting / Fun / Top cabin if you will establishment. We ordered their Signature " Lodge pizza " featuring goats cheese , artichoke hearts, mozzarella, tomato sauce, bell peppers, onions---what a ???? winner, followed by a share dish of pasta w/ truffle infused carbonara which was rich & creamy and perfectly prepared. This may feel like a short story & the Lodge exceeds all expectations and is worthy of a detailed tell. Red ???? wine of course, Pina colada , and a beer settling in to the musical persuasions of this Power duo. Best set of music ever , ever , so wonderful. We capped off our eve with rich chocolate ice cream, raspberry sorbet and were surprised by two glasses of ???? champagne to further celebrate Gigi's & my 25 years shared together. This courtesy came from manager Maria. She is fast moving & a perfect facilitator of all the operational details for the Lodge , she sees and knows every guest and insures excellence as a result ????! The ???? music didn't stop , Papadaos play lasted 2 & 1/2 hours followed by In house DJ until eleven pm closing ! The Lodge will be your " Never Forget " experience, a rare gem near Black Mountain in Hin Lek Fai , so worth our 34 minute drive !
A top notch restaurant in Hua Hin. A bit off the beaten path, but we'll worth it.
We went with friends and we all agree that they have the best cocktails we have experienced in Hua Hin, including a proper Hendricks martini, delicious margarita, and tasty house wine.
The service was exceptional, English and Thai speaking waitstaff and the bills at the end of the night were all correct at the first try!
Our group had starters that included the beef nachos and calamari. The nachos were very good for Thailand. I'm from Texas so am very particular about Mexican inspired dishes and I fully endorse the nachos. They could do with a side of red sauce, but hey, this is Thailand! The main courses included the salmon, pork chop, veal cutlet, pork loin and a burger. All agreed the food was well prepared and presented and tasted as good as it looked.
We also indulged in dessert, I had the lemon pie with passion fruit sorbet, both delicious albeit a bit tart, but I like that. My wife had the chocolate lava cake and coconut ice cream, it was scrumptious!
We all agree that this will be a regular go to going forward.
Big place with indoor and outdoor space. Good to host party for groups.
Food is ok, not so impressive, maybe need to work on it more
Staff try to take away plates many times, without asking. I really appreciate if they let me have my plates and dish until i call them.
It’s soooo goood ! My husband found this restaurant , we just moved in this area and looking some dinners near by . We order pizza, burger , tuna salad , calamari, chicken with cashew nut and some spicy noodles salad . We didn’t expect that will be that so good !! Highly recommend!
