The food is usually pretty good but they do not follow directions well regarding customer requests such as what we want on or in the food. And someone puts ketchup in the bag no matter what we order even if it’s something that would never require ketchup. Forget asking for any other sauce because you won’t get it. Just ketchup no matter what you order. The wing special on Wed nights is a good deal and they taste great! Paid extra for cheese one time and literally got a small pinch of cheese like a few shreds and they charged me for that!
Tonight was my second time dining here. The first time the wait wasn’t very long for the food and it was good! Tonight was a whole different story. I waited 1 hour and 30 mins at least for my wings and fries. That is not an exaggeration. We asked a few times about our food rather than anyone explain why it was taking so long . If someone had come by a few times to apologize and let us know what was going on it would’ve made the situation better. After one hour and 30 minutes or so we finally received our food but after that no one came back to refill our drinks or bring the check. We went to check out and were told three people called out but not given a sincere apology. I think he took off our drinks which was a decent thing to do but a meaningful apology would’ve gone further. I suggest they work on customer service skills in the future, if there is one. I won’t be back!
Generous portions. Food was good. Friendly staff. Had a great conversation with the owner when he came by our table to check on us. They have a.$8.50 lunch special. Well definitely be coming back. Would recommend giving it a try.
Great ,great little sandwich shop. Great food , great atmosphere. Clean . Mike and his wife really care about their customers. Definitely be back ,and we live southwest of Dothan . Thanks to all the locals that support Mike and his family .
Food was great! Prices good too! Every single thing I ordered was freshly cooked (I could tell because it all came out piping hot). Will definitely be back.
We absolutely love this place. The only problem is trying not to eat it every day. They have great shrimp, hamburgers are tasty, gumbo is delicious. This is my families new place to eat. Service is always friendly.
Boy oh boy... don't even know where to begin with this one. first I usually don't give restaurants complaints but this place was just so bad I couldn't hide it from the public. I really wanted to give this place a fighting chance.ive been there about 4 times and each time it got worse and worse. the first time I've ever been there an employee slipped and fell and the managers didn't do anything to help her it was a customer who stopped eating their dinner to go and help her. the employees are clearly being overworked. I am good friends with an employee who works there and they have informed me that they work long hours with no break which is illegal. the second time i went was also a really bad experience not only was our food cold but it also took 2 hours before we got served. which is ridiculously. the third time I was there the chicken was undercooked and the fries were cold and didn't taste right at all. the 4th time dined in with
locals,which was last night, was the final straw. There was a GLOVE in my sons food. Not to mention that the employees in the kitchen smoke in the kitchen, which I saw as one of the employees proceeded to take a puff from what looked like a vape and blew out the smoke as they were existing the kitchen and coming to the front. I really tried to give the locals a fighting chance but the restaurant is unclean the workers are over worked and it appears the manager do not care about their employees and not to mention the GLOVE in the food again. also anytime there are bad reviews customers put up they somehow get them taken down in an attempt at what I'm assuming is to cover up everything going on there.
