3.5-5 Other than North Pole Coffee this seemed to be the better choice. Shared breakfast with my partner and it was sufficient, got full but not overly full! It’s a bit odd that you have to order at the bar then get your dish take to the table and if you want something you gotta get back up to ask for it at the bar. I did notice the guy next to us order the same thing but he got more eggs and hash browns… LOL am I that girl, yes I am! (missing a star, work on portions) overall the service was ok – had to wait for the waitress for a cool min who was having breakfast in the back and came out with her mouth full! (Missing Star)
Waited over 20 minutes for 2 orders of chicken tenders, and 2 burgers. Server came over to ask if we were ready for out check- we hadn't even gotten our waters, much less our food. Burgers came out completely wrong. Gave my chicken to my child, and told them to take the burgers off bc we had to board our flight in 10 minutes. Giving 1 star bc they made the bill right.
Not nearly as bad as the reviews. Our food arrived within 10 minutes and was decent, especially considering the price. Not bad at all.
Quick and great service. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We visited on a Friday evening, it was not so busy.
The fish and chips were good while the Margherita flat bread was just fine.
We were in Fairbanks for a week, and we ate this before our flight home. It was one of the best meals we had the entire time. Food tasted extremely fresh. I had the turkey sandwich with pub chips and my fiancé had the pepperoni flatbread pizza. Both were so delicious. Our waiter was the bartender, and we still had exceptional service despite how busy the bar was. I would highly recommend.
Food is fine, and not over priced. The service is what’s lacking. They need to hire more wait staff, on person working 20 tables isn’t going to result in good service.
I waited for 30 minutes to get service at a table, walked up to the bar to place an order for drinks and was to sit back down, and a server would be with me shortly, they never came. I saw many people get up and leave, some without ever being helped, and worse yet, others who had put in an order, but then the food never came and they had to leave to get on an airplane.
I witnessed the one waitress go to the departure gate to try and track someone down who hadn’t paid, probably because they got tired of waiting for the waitress to bring them the bill.
Not sure what everyone is expecting for an airport bar. I have been in a lot of them, food is fine especially compared to the other option, which is the snack shop, service was great
Well... was told I could order from the table... got passed by 5 times from the server who at one point was getting empties from tables that had people (not clearing empty tables and its been 10m as of writing). Saving grace is the mice person who was working at the bar who made a darn good Long Island. Server did notice me at that point to tell me I was ordering at the wrong side of the bar... gee thanks for finally recognizing my existence.
