I was a little skeptical when ordering sushi from a fish and chip shop, but I have not been disappointed in the slightest! The food was amazing, the raw fish tasted fresh and was better quality than I've had at a lot of other sushi places in Canterbury. The hot food was cooked in front of me so was still hot long after I took it home to eat, as well as tasting amazing and authentic

Used this fish and chip shop for the first time Friday eve before going to cinema with family. Wasn't cheap but what is now a days. What was expensive was pickles, eggs, and onions two each added £5 pound to the bill and they were small. My grandad use to use these. They were very polite helpful and kind went out there way to meet my needs. Will use again they even have a sushi chef selling fresh sushi and all kinds now find that in a chip shop today. Will try that next time.

Have always got my fish and chips from Kings Fish Bar and when we found out there had been a change of ownership were a bit unsure about whether it would be the same. Well I have to say it was just as good, if not better, than before. The fish was a really good size and delicious and the chips were great. Will definitely continue getting my fish and chips from here!
Great sushi which is lucky because its the only place in Herne Bay that you can get it and my child's addicted to it.
Was the best Fish & Chips in town for years. Since it recently changed hands, absolutely awful. New owners insist on wrapping the fish separately to the chips. Everything undercooked, bland and dripping in oil. 4 people behind the counter and not one person with a clue as to how it was/should be done, probably not their fault as they are following orders. Such a shame. Eaten there twice, (benefit of the doubt) never again. Trust me, avoid...
This place has really gone down hill. Today will be the last day I order from them. Undercooked hard chips, dry/hard battered sausage. Even found a metal staple in my chips today, which is the last straw. How disappointing.
