Our first time here and we loved it! The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. We tried a variety of things and enjoyed it all. If you haven’t experienced Indian food before, the staff is happy to help you find something you’ll enjoy. We’ll definitely be back!
I really enjoyed my birthday meal here with my fam. Lovely and beautiful atmosphere. Best host and servers. I absolutely loveeee the mango lassi and the Nepal chicken. Yum! I’m looking forward to returning soon to try the lunch buffet. I love that it’s just a short walk around the corner too.
Excellent food.
The tastes were wonderful!
Lunch buffet has a large variety.
The menu items were varied. Shrimp, goat, lamb, and chicken, along with many vegetable dishes.
I highly recommend this restaurant, it's a much try!
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here. The servers were very kind, and attended to the table frequently. The location was also kept clean from the table to the bathroom.
Moving on with the food…it was amazing! I had chicken korma, garlic naan and tandoori chicken had so many flavors and spices. It felt very authentic and I remember feeling very satisfied with the food. Even the mango lassi, and regular lassi were delicious and complimented the meal well.
I have wanted to try more Indian food. It's not something my parents ever ate and I have only ever been to the other Indian restaurant in town. I really need a restaurant to be very clean. I thought this placed looked that from the pictures online. Good news, it's very clean!
Wife and I are both vegan. The menu has items marked with a "V" but it's difficult to read. Some items are clearly marked, some aren't marked at all because they're on the "vegetable page" of the menu. However, some items on that page appear to have some kind of cheese. Watch for items marked with a "D" for dairy. My wife ordered something marked with the "V" and I got something that sounded vegan but didn't have the "V" next to it.
I do think the bridge is cool but my mother would have a hell of a time getting in and out of there. The bridge is curved and is pretty steep. I thought it was a nice touch.
We sat near the bar for dinner. I think buffets are gross so we waited and skipped having lunch there. I'm sure you can order off the menu at lunch too. The bar was nice and the family/party room in the back was cool.
My wife ordered Aloo Katar Tarkari (potato/jackfruit) and I had Baigan Baharta (eggplant). We also had an order of vegetable samosas (2 each). Our server was nice and did a great job. Food was quick and everything was exceptionally good.
I appreciate the dipping sauces for the samosas coming out in our own little trays. The time I went to the other place in town we got the containers with spoons in them and we were to get our own. It appeared the containers were passed around from table to table. This was much better.
We both loved the samosas (they were so damn good)! The sweet red sauces was our favorite. The main dishes were both tasty. She preferred the potato and jackfruit and I think I preferred the eggplant. The rice was really good too. We wimped out and opted for mild spice. It was great but I'm interested in trying a little more spice next time. The complimentary brown of edamame was also delicious and appreciated. It was a nice meal and neither of us felt stuffed.
I had a couple of issues with the place but didn't say anything. There were little gnats in the dining room. The little buggers couldn't stay away from our food. I could tell by waving hands that other guests were having issues with them too. My other issue is kind of a big one. I watch one of the guys, I think he is the bartender, cough into both of his hands. That was pretty gross. He used both hands open to cover and didn't bother washing them. Yuck.
Amazing Amazing Amazing!!! My girlfriend and had a date night here and it was our first time we had a wonderful time no complaints absolutely fantastic food was good and the service was on point our server was the best 5/5 we will definitely be coming back
The ambiance was terrific, and it reminded me of being in Nepal.
The food was finger-licking good. We ordered multiple dishes and had an authentic Nepalese taste. The staffs were friendly and kept checking on us if we needed anything.
I'm going to try more off the Napolese side of the menu on my next visit. With that being said, I visited with a large group of friends so we could try multiple dishes. However, I ordered the hottest dish off the Indian side of the menu: Vindaloo Chicken (and got it spicy) and even though I can stand heat, I do not love a bitter heat combo which is how it tasted...and it tended to overpower the other dishes I tried. I blame myself for that.
One of my friends ordered the Biryani, which she could have asked for a bit more spice on that my opinion. Definitely order some Naan bread, we really liked Paneer Naan (stuffed with cheese). We ordered the garlic Naan as well. We got the Momo appetizer and liked it.
Our server was amazing and very patient. Like I said, I'm going to have to give this place another try in thr future.
