They go out of their way to make sure your rig is ready to ride. 3 times they stopped what they were doing to help us when we had "unfortunate riding problems ", they got us going again, chased parts from Gilbert & stayed late. Great people.
We made a 3-day trip to the Hatfield and McCoy trails from Michigan. At the end of day one our vehicle was overheating. We were worried that our trip would be cut short. We were referred to The Junction Motorsports. They saved our trip and had us back on the trails within an hour. If you are in a jam and need your trail vehicle fixed - this is the place to go.
Keith and crew saved the day after our accidental off-trail excursion. When we followed them back to The Junction Motorsports to pay the bill it was VERY reasonable - about a third of what we were expecting! Keith then bought us a round of beers at his restaurant (Keith's Bar & Grille) next door. The icing on the cake - as if a successful rescue, a reasonable bill, and free beer weren't enough - was watching this friendly crew do excellent work and have fun doing it. Thanks, Keith & guys for giving us a Trail Tale we'll be telling for years!
We are from Michigan riding the trails. Our steering went out, and these guys saved our trip! Honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. The price was more then reasonable. Highly recommend. We do this trip 2 times a year, and will be back should any other issues arise on our trips. Thank you guys so much for the great customer service!
Showed up early on a Saturday morning looking for a wheel bearing for my XP1000. They were out of stock but called to find one for us in the next town over. The snap ring ears were damaged and couldn't get it out of the bearing carrier. They extracted it and replaced the wheel bearing as soon. As we arrived. Fair pricing and the staff was very friendly.
We had upper and lower a arms bent and broke couldn't find the parts anywhere took to them within a couple hours they bet them back and welded them up . back on the trail this happened day one of a 4-day trip held up not sure if we even have to replace with new LOL thanks guys really appreciate your help reasonable price no gouge A+ service
Broke a shock mount on day one of our trip to Hatfield and Mcoys and The Junction Motorsports took care of us real quick. Had some other issues in our group and these guys knocked it out. If you here and need some work done quickly I recomend them highly. They understand if you are here from out of town and make you a priority. Good group of folks.
Very fair prices and excellent service. We blew a tire on the trails and they had us in and out in no time flat. They even gave us a handful of valve stem caps and educated us on components that were ready for servicing.
