This establishment typically offers great food and service. Tonight, the food was average, and the service was sluggish. It didn't compare to prior experiences at this establishment.
My family and I come to this location maybe two or three times a year and we usually have no problem. Tonight we had a problem.
I’m not even able to rate the food because we never actually got to eat!
Came in and was greeted by the hostess who showed us to our table and said our server would be there shortly. 25 mins later no server had come by to introduce themselves, we had no drinks, we were just sitting there while multiple servers walked by, or were playing on their phone. Mind you the restaurant wasn’t even busy! (the main reason we came on a weekday). I’ve been there on their busiest Saturday night and I’ve been sat and greeted by a server in 5 mins or less. I’m not sure what happened tonight, but it’s a definite disappointment for sure.
We ended going to another seafood place across the street and when we were seated, our server was there immediately to greet us and grab our drink orders.
I always enjoy the flavor of the food. The price of everything is increasing so it was nice to be able to share a meal for $50, and we were both full.
I wish our server was more attentive because she forgot our drinks. I can tell that she was a little annoyed because we didn't have our order ready as quickly as she would've liked.
The BEST boil I've had across multiple states. The oysters were also fresh and delicious. I was visiting and extremely happy someone recommended this AWESOME eatery. Good JOB cooks and staff.
Update: Management responded with the following. “ Hello, Monique Can you please clarify your reasoning of leaving a 2 star review”
I would refer you to the first line of my review, but as management with a responsibility to your patrons (customers) you are not interested in feedback and correction. You are simply seeking to defend an establishment that receives bad reviews as a direct result of poor management.
Let me ask a question, what have you done or plan on doing to correct the issue/s that myself and many of your customers have brought to your attention?

The only reason why this did not receive one star is because the food was pretty okay.
My husband and I decided to pay a visit to Juicy Crab this evening.
We were seated immediately and then things went extremely downhill.
Our waitress (Dior) finally decided to acknowledge our table 15 minutes after we were seated. She seemed slightly annoyed while taking our drink orders.
We waited another 5-7 minutes for our drinks and then an additional 10 to order.
We placed an order for two boils and they came out in a reasonable amount of time.
Our waitress asked us (about 20 minutes after we received our food) if we needed anything and I asked for some claw crackers, which never came.
We ordered a dozen steam oysters and the waitress handed me the large platter it was sitting on instead of placing it on the table, but due to our table having dishes that were never removed, she probably didn’t see a place to sit it.
We won’t be back. It’s unfortunate because we saw other staff tending to their customers in the manner that is expected of a restaurant.
I believe the establishment could benefit from a customer service 101 training.
Seafood was fresh. Server was good but slow. Didn't honor any mother's day specials nor coupons since they are a "chain". Overall ok experience, I will definitely give them another try
I love their unBERADED chicken nuggets, their CONRN on the cob, their STAMED rice,...
Typos on the menu aside, the food here was alright.
The calamari could have used more seasoning (it just had a light breading)
The clams were good but overcooked.
The tilapia tasted good and was cooked perfect.
I personally don't see myself coming back here again since their menu doesn't appeal to me that much, but if you like seafood boils for a good price this is the place to go.
