Surely the nicest and cosiest pub in Holyport! Great hosts, lovely fire, cuddly interior, fantastic Sunday roast! I can't believe we've only discovered this gem weeks before moving to Windsor, but it'll surely still be our to-go-to place for a pint by the fire ????????

The lamb shanks! If you like lamb that falls off the bone this was one of the yummiest Sunday lunches we have had in ages. Just travelled down from Cambridge to meet my mum for Mother’s Day lunch, I think we took the last table because they were fully booked but they made us feel so welcome even the dog was made a fuss of. Thank you Jolly Gardener for such a wonderful Mother’s Day meal we are so glad we chose you.
Had such a lovely meal here. They squeezed us in even though we were late for food. Olivia was so welcoming and kind. Ally was fab too. Great pizza and wine, really lovely country pub ambience. Thank you guys x
Such a lovely pub that we accidentally stumbled across! The staff were so friendly and the pizzas on offer were all delicious. We’ll definitely be returning very soon.
Nice & friendly service but lousy food.
Bar staff were helpful, welcoming and friendly. However this isn’t a good pub. Menu was a choice of pizza or a burger. The burger was fatty and lacking flavour. Chips were warm at best.
Had a good spicy bean burger, staff were friendly even while there was a strongman competition on in the car park.
Fantastic country pub, I visited with my family earlier today, very friendly staff, extremely generous portions and great ale selection, definitely worth a visit.
