The GPs in this practice are bordering on negligent. Sent me away with an aspirin after experiencing chest and arm pain, 3 weeks later I had a heart attack. The follow up with the GP after being discharged from hospital was laughable - the GP had not read my notes before hand and my repeat prescriptions have still not been updated on the system which means i have to keep going into surgery to ask them to sort it. We have complained directly and were supposed to be called by the practice manager to ensure this doesn't happen to another patient as there serious gaps in their suspected angina pathways - surpise surprise, still no call. For those who are under their care, my advice is find another surgery - this place will not provide you with adequate care!
What has happened to the Jenner Practice!
This used to be a good GP practice, it’s now a very badly run, shamefully lead shadow of itself.
When you walk in, patients are scarce unless they are queuing at the reception desk, being told to go online. The waiting area has vanished probably due to COVID; hello COVID restrictions have been defunct for over two years. I predict people will become seriously ill and potentially die because of this sorry excuse of a GP surgery… It looks like the complaints are steadily getting more serious on the reviews. The CQC need to seriously mark this place down or shut it down.
Getting an appointment is like gold dust, getting the results of blood tests are averaging on two weeks and the telephone appointment is what you get if you’re lucky, to discuss the results. You only prey they refer you to the hospital (a story in itself).
The death knell for the Jenner practice!

After being in the queue for nearly 15 minutes. I got through to a receptionist, to enquire about "mygp" app, why was I assigned to "The Jenner" when that's not even my GP practice. As I was still speaking on the phone, she'd put the phone down and I wasn't aware, as I was checking on my app.
How bloody rude! ????
I don't understand why people get job to deal with the public, when they have no compassion to help.
I was going to call them again, but it's a waste of time, so I called my GP surgery, and the receptionist was really helpful and sorted it out.
Very disappointed with this practice.
Got fobbed off once again after seeing the doctor on Friday.
Booked appointment to see the doctor regards excruciating pain in my left knee which is arthritis plus a terrible acid reflux problem.
The doctor didn't even examine the lumps on my knee nor did the doctor prescribe me any form off pain relief for my arthritis & acid reflux. "SHOCKING"

This place is literally the worst.
I was matched as a potential blood stem cell donor for a cancer patient and needed to have a blood sample taken. The process required them to call my GP.
The cancer people called me back 48 hours later to say that the Jenner Practice has not ever picked up. Not once. They had experienced bad cases in their vast experience of booking these procedures, but "literally this was the worst case ever, with no one ever picking up".
Whoever manages this place should be ashamed of themselves.
*Update* I was eventually matched and the precious stem cells were donated, all without any help whatsoever from the Jenner Practice, who have yet (as far as I can tell) to pick up the phone. If you think this is hyperbolic, call them for yourself and see what you think then.
This is the best practice ever. Brilliant actors and staff. I've never been let down by them yet.

I used to be with Bellingham. That's what a useless practice is, Bellingham.
It used be so great but the new system is really inefficient. I've been waiting for 3 days just to get some new medication for you daughter. I've tried to call them but always more than 20 people ahead of me in queue. Filled in the form but still waiting.
It's a real shame as the Doctors, if ever you're lucky enough to speak to someone are really good but the entire infrastructure is dire.
The Jenner practice doesn’t accept anyone registering from the Sydenham SE26 area … I am so confused i have moved to the big Sainsburys in Sydenham which is 6 minutes drive from the practice..
