Stayed for the third year running at Royal Welsh show week. The accommodation is first class in a lovely old style building. Good parking facilitate at the front. Breakfasts are good and Paul is a friendly helpful host. An excellent stop off place when in the area. Have booked to return for a fourth year.
We had such a lovely stay at the Horseshoe. The bed was wonderful, the room was large and comfortable, and everything was spotless. Breakfast was delicious every time. Paul was so kind and thoughtful in helping us figure out where to go and how to get there. Rhayader is wonderful and everyone was so welcoming we didn't want to leave! I can't say enough good things about it! We will definitely be coming back.
Stayed here on our annual boys outing (5 motorbikes). The hosts were fantastic. Accommodation clean and comfortable. Price reasonable value. The hosts were also great with biking routes which helped enormously. In all 10/10.
Top bloke who runs this place. Super helpful and the room was great. Beds ultra comfy too, slept deeply. No frills or spills but these aren't needed to enjoy the stay here. Would happily stay again when in the area.
Very warm welcome on arrival. Room very clean. Breakfast cooked to order - Very Good. Location brilliant for us. Car parking on site. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again if we visit this area again.
We stayed at this guest house for 2 nights. The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. Our room was very clean and there was a very good selection of breakfast available. The guesthouse is on a quiet street but within walking distance of the town centre. There is off road parking. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this guest house.
When we arrived, the owner greeted us and took my case upstairs, explained about breakfast etc and then showed us to our double room. The room was lovely, bed was very comfortable and a tidy en suite.
It was so peaceful with no noise from other residents or outside noise. 10/10 and would definitely stay again. There is parking available with a separate roofed area for motorbike parking
After a mix up at another hotel, we managed to book in here at short notice. So glad we did. Great location in the town centre and very friendly and helpful host. Parking on site. Breakfast was very good too.
