Absolutely Great Food and Cozy Atmosphere. I went in on a Tuesday at 1pm. It was quiet and empty with two other tables eating. I ordered the catfish and shrimp basket. Waitress was nice and even recommended what I had ordered saying it was a great value and the food was great. We ordered spinach artichoke dip and chips. Was pretty good, I’ve had better homemade but still really good. The food arrived 10 minutes after we ordered. The catfish and shrimp were perfectly fried and seasoned well. It came with fries hush puppies and cold slaw. I ordered a side of Mac and cheese and glad I did. One of the best Mac n cheese sides I’ve ever had easily top 5. Everything was tasty. The fries were fresh hot and crispy. The cold slaw was a little sweet for my liking ( I like a more vinegar base) but still so good. Definatly will be back and an amazing price for how much food I had got
The Horshoe Grill is easy to access, has ample amounts of free parking (which is a luxury in Eureka Springs), and is very clean. The waitress had a smile on her face and kept our drinks full. The food was delicious and they have a great variety for all our picky eaters! We got the ribs, tacos, and burgers for our main meals. We loved their crispy fries and onion rings, and their queso dip was great! It was a wonderful place to eat!
As locals this is our go to favorite place to eat at and have many big family celebrations here. The food is the best and the prices are amazing! You just can't go wrong with anything you order. Our favorites are the fried catfish and fries. The hamburgers are yummy. The staff is always very friendly too. Best place to eat and best place for pricing too!
Mags waited on us. We asked about the Ribs and she said they were her favorite. With sauce or it could be on the side. Choices of two sides. I chose Corn on the cob and barbecue beans. Boy was she right. The best ribs I’ve had in a long time. Tender and moist. Very flavorful. Beans very good. Corn on the cob was tender and hot.
Prices are very reasonable here. You can’t go wrong, especially with the portion sizes. I would highly recommend this place for dinner.
My family and I tried the Horseshoe Grill today for lunch. I was honestly not sure if a four or five star rating would be more appropriate; honestly, it’s more of a 4.5 for me and my wife. But that being said, here are the reasons: 1) All the food we tried was solidly good and tasty, though the portion sizes were a bit average (not many fries with our burgers, for example). That being said; 2) the price of the food is also VERY reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food you get, so, as long as you’re okay with not necessarily leaving stuffed or with a bunch of leftovers, you should be happy with Horseshoe Grill. All that being said; 3) the service was also friendly and the waitress was attentive to our needs; 4) the food all came out quite quickly being that it was the heart of lunchtime, and; 5) the atmosphere in general was pretty rustic and warm. We all agreed that we were happy we went, and as long as everything I described sounds good to you, you should enjoy it too!
Ribs and Bean with Chicken Strips, Fries and white gravy. Good ‘fall off bone’ ribs (although should have sauce on side). Beans base BBQ. Chicken and fries were great. Also had a House Margarita that was great and a very good Blue Moon beer. Waitress was very quick and attentive.
Food was delicious! I had the NY steak with onion rings and fries. Wife let me try their shrimp it was jumbo and so good. Service was excellent. We can't wait to go back. Sad it's 5 hours away.
Our dining brought us to Horseshoe Grill today and it was amazing. Wife had the fish and shrimp and fresh veggies and I had the Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes and fried okra. Followed up with apple crunch pie with ice cream and all of it was delicious. I would recommend Horseshoe Grill to anyone. We enjoyed the food.
