Best KPortal Reviews

Room was clean and fresh towels were left on the bed. There was a kettle and a bowl of tea’s, coffee’s, milks and sugar. The down stairs restaurant offered a large menu and the portion size didn’t disappoint. As expected for the price, I would recommend and would stay again.
Parked in the customer car park, went inside the venue hoping to have a meal and was turned away due to being at full capacity. I then re entered my car and searched for another place to eat as I’m not from the area, 20 minutes after getting signal and eventually finding somewhere I left. 2 weeks later I received a fine of £60+ due to not registering my car. How on earth could I have registered my car if I was turned away at the door for being at full capacity? Honestly you guys hope you enjoy your £60 :) p.s. if you’re looking for somewhere to eat and not have to pay an extra £60 if the place is full, AVOID this place at all costs! Or if you have read this make sure you register your car whilst you look for another bite to eat otherwise you’ll be in for an expensive nothing :)
Stopped in on a Saturday in time for the Newcastle game. Food was excellent and value for money, and the staff were really polite and helpful even while it was busy with the game being on. Definitely will come back again
I was staying in the Premier Inn across the way for work and I'm glad I came over to this little gem. For the same price I'd pay for a bland burger I got some really nice meatballs for starters and a creamy carbonara with some tasty garlic bread. Definitely coming back again.
Nice little room , had a few bottles of Prosecco and lovely breakfast to wake up to. Staff were all canny to talk to and caring around any needs we had. We have even booked a night stay in their caravan at FLAMINGO LAND for the kids !!! Worth our money!
We stays in a family room with plenty space and all the staff were very pleasant and kind. Even help carry our bags the moment we arrived late after a long drive over. I will be recommending to my family and Friends.
Had a really nice and well priced meal here. With nice cocktails. Our waitress Sophie B was the best.
Cracking little place, passing through area the price is why I stayed and I’m glad I bloody did. Great night on friday all very friendly even customers as I’m new to the area. Rooms were spot on and had shower there too. Will visit again
