Definitely not a great place to go. Customer service is horrendous specifically the short man with black hair and the black beard. The geekbar died when it still had 15% juice left in it. I went back to get another vape from another brand and wanted to share my experience. I wasn’t complaining, I wasn’t asking for a refund, or anything. I was basically told I’m using it wrong and that I’m a heavy smoker. Which I am not. The guy seemed super irritated I didn’t have a positive thing to say about one their products.
POOR Customer Serivce. Once they sell you an item they refuse to even talk to you about it. Do not buy tattoo machines or such from them. It was made very clear they are clueless when it comes to them and that they don't care to learn. I've never had issues with other people at this shop, but this guy I dealt with, I'll never go back while he works there. I highly digest you don't shop here either.
Went in to the Belen shop to see if they could help set up my wifes new tat machine she got as a gift and was told by the employee working that he had no idea. All he does is sell them. Asked to talk to a manager or owner and was told by the employee that he cannot give that info out because it's private! Really poor customer service and poor management to I guess to hire such uneducated employees! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Bad products and very expensive for the products that don’t work properly don’t waste your money

Prices are reasonable for butane and compare to anywhere. Convenient location easy to get in and out of. Plush I love the stickers they carry. Cool place.
The young man who opened the store on Monday 08/01/22, was awesome. We asked about prices on some of the pipes and he was more than willing to oblige us. I asked if he had any CBD's and he told me all the blunt flavors and the ki58 or what ever it is called.
Don't know his name, but he rocked.
I have similar experiences each time I go there no matter who's working at the time.
I give the store 4 1/2 stars and I give the staff two thumbs up and an around the world. ???????? & an ????????????
