Stopped here after a looooong day of traveling and was so relieved to find a place to eat after flying all the way from Philly. Food was PHENOMENAL! Service was amazing and workers were so friendly! I got the super quesadilla with birria meat
Came here after a day at the beach. It is good prices for the quality of food. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It was busy, but not too busy - which was nice and good to see that others approved of this place.
This place never disappoints! I have been eating there (or getting take out) since the mid 1980’s. My favorite Go To order is two Carne Asada Super Tacos. Of course, if you are hungrier, you can get a plate with rice & pinto beans too, but they actually have a vast menu of all types of other items. You can tell this is a local favorite for workers and families as well as some visitors as well! Yum!
I got the burrito with carne asada, rice, and beans mainly as something to pile lots of tasty salsas onto, and I was not disappointed! The green and smoky / spicy red salsas were both really good. Still, I miss San Diego Mexican food menus with California burritos and plain meat burritos (i.e. just meat, no rice and beans). Probably wouldn't return unless the menu changed.
Employees very helpful and friendly. Clean environment. Portions of food for price is good. Only thing is the chicken needs more flavor but that's what salsa is for????
This little spot is great! The meat is great no fat or grizzle the tortillas where charred just barely to give it an authentic flavor. Definitely recommend.
Pretty good food! Had to fight off a few flies off my burrito tho. I seen one fly back stroking in some dudes horchata. The pickled carrots are tasty too!
got food poisoning from one of the soups. Now I'm on medication for the rest of my life. Careful
