Amazing food, we went for the Sunday carvery and there was a good choice of meats , plenty of vegetables and condiments including crackling for the pork. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Parking was easy, very family friendly will definitely be visiting again!
Called in at lunchtime, for a lunch. The service was ery good bit it was the food that was exceptional. It was standard pub food but freshly cooked, generous portions and delicious. I had a bacon baguette my colleague had a burger. The pub was very quiet but the wood burner made it feel warm and welcoming.

Very nice food but not the most welcoming pub I've been to.
I was one of a group of 40 for Christmas lunch. The staff were brilliant, and lovely food that was piping hot and plenty of it. I am certainly recommending this establishment and fully intend to make a return visit. Thanks to all concerned.
Lovely pub to visit for fantastic food , great atmosphere and great value for money! Highly recommended.
We just happened to drive by this place on our way to looking at a dirt bike the other day. Called to book a table for Sunday lunch as the reviews looked great. They were absolutely right as the service was quick and friendly, the choice of meats (turkey, roast beef, venison and pork), the choices of potatoes, stuffing and several veg and toppings absolutely delicious! We will be back!
Mothers day visit for the Carvery, absolutely perfect in every way. The food was fantastic and very reasonably priced too. All members of staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be returning in the very near future ????
