My favorite hair salon ever. Friendly atmosphere and staff. I have never had a bad experience at The Hair Lodge.
Demi is a hair color artist! I drive well over half an hour to get my hair done. I like her hair cuts, but her color is so good, that I once had someone tell me my pink hair looked so natural! When I laughed they did too, and realized they didn't have a better word to say the color suited me. I'll take that compliment and continue to go out of my way to get that color!

Called for a question if they did men’s hair coloring since I was looking to get my son’s hair colored for the summer.
The woman who answered was rude and dropped the call.
I was asking for details - you could have just politely said no, but you rudely dropped the phone.
I have to commend Heather for the AMAZING work she did on me today. She permed my hair and it came out better than I imagined! She listened to what I wanted EXACTLY and had very professional mannerism that's hard to come by. I will follow her wherever she goes from now on ❤
Went in for a eyebrow wax @ 11:00 and a wash, dry, trim & style @ 11:30. My appointments were with Amber and came in 3/5 min early, she hadn't even turned on the wax yet so she went ahead and washed, trimmed and dryed my hair. Then she waxed my brows (which she didn't do a very good job at cause she mist some hair and didnt try to go back and get). Everything she did felt very rushed. (What I expected to be an 1½ to 2 hour appointment lasted maybe 45 min.) Then she ushered me up front to pay, charged me for the hair style that she never did and when I asked her about it (and I even said "hey we can go back and style my hair") she was like "No, thats ok. The extra can just be my tip." ... at that point I was just kinda fed up so I left.
Also she was very quiet, didnt try to talk to me at all... which is fine I guess but every hair stylist I've ever gone to has always tried at least to talk a bit with me... IDK, that was not a $42 experience in my opinion... Would've been better spent getting a pedicure/massage and just plucking, washing and trimming my own hair at home. Won't me going back.

I've been going here for YEARS, all the ladies are experienced beauticians, and very sweet. I've taken multiple friends here and they all love it. The prices are unbeatable. I mean, I pay $50 -$60 that's including tip for a retouch on my color. They custom mix a color for me, also good head massages. XD
