I saw the Hair Garage as we passed by it one day and was looking for a new hairdresser. So I called, and Shelby happened to answer my call. She was so kind and answered all my questions. I booked an appointment with her for what I teasingly call a "Clip and Dip." That was about 2 years ago, and she does my hair about every 10-12 weeks. I highly recommend Shelby and the Hair Garage. It is a top-notch salon. Unfortunately, Shelby is leaving in September as she is getting married in October, and she will be moving away to live. I wish her all the best and surely will miss her.
Really enjoyed my experience! Tanya did an excellent job. She was skillful, efficient and didn't try to up sell me. The appointment was quick and I am delighted to have finally found a good stylist!

I went to the Hair Garage and visited Shelby for a haircut. For male hair cuts they are great. I just needed a trim and it was very easy to schedule an appointment. They are one of the few salons that has a phone number listed on Google which made it super easy. Shelby was accommodating with times and working a little bit later on a weeknight.
I was satisfied with the cut and they were very receptive to input from the customer. Price was a little more than Great Clips, but not unreasonable. I paid $25 after tip.
The decor of the salon really leans into the garage part of the name. The hair stations have toolboxes for the hair cut tools and everything has a bit of an industrial feel.
The only issue is parking. There are only a few spots right off the main road. It might be ok to park in the spots for other businesses near by, but it is confusing and seems like there isn't much parking. Also backing out of the spots in the front is tricky because the road going by is fairly busy so it can be hard to get in and out of.
Kristen helped me to get my hair back to a healthy state. I would recommend The hair garage to anyone who is looking to achieve the right color, highlights or style.
Was good gave me the trim I requested . Very nice and pleasant women working there. Only discrepancy was that I had made an appointment and was set with a Tammy. This was my first time trying this place out and Tammy was a no show and couldn't be reached. But Shelby stepped up and got me out the door. Thank you Shelby and the rest that made sure I was taken care of.
