Scheduled an appointment for a cut, eyebrow/lip wax and partial highlight I had Sarah cut and highlight my hair before with no issues. This time I asked for caramel highlights, I got red. She cut more than an inch off my length, by the time I noticed it was too late. I told her only a 1/4” off my bangs, she cut probably 3/4” and OMG they are so uneven and noticeable it’s ridiculous! I even said something at the salon about it and she brushed it off. I didn’t realize until I got home and looked more closely how uneven they really were. And I bought a bottle of product, Total $176!!!! I tried calling the owner today twice with no answer and no call back. I even spoke to Sarah about my auto immune disease and how I lost half my hair from it so WHY would she butcher what I have left!!! ???? I want a refund! I am absolutely so mad right now. They are way too pricey for the results and bad customer service to not return the call of a unsatisfied customer. STAY CLEAR! YES SONYA I WANT A REFUND! I will come see you so you can see what she did to me!

Sarah did an excellent job on my facial.???? She is pleasant to visit with and very helpful in choosing skin care products.

I had a wonderful facial there and on the same day had a pedicure both were awesome!! Fell asleep during facial because it was so relaxing ???? and just had a make up and updo! They do wonderful work would recommend this place!!????

I called an hour before hand and they got me in within an hour. When I got there there was no wait. Mindi Brerends washed my hair before hand (great products used). I got about 3 inches cut off which is exactly what I asked for and it looks great. She then blow dried and styled my hair. Mindi was very kind and kept a great conversation going. 10/10 recommend.

Love the products that smell super good and are made to be safer with less emission. Sarah did a great color and style!

Mindi does a fantastic job with curly hair. She takes her time and is very through. No worries for us curly hair ladies, mindi is your girl.

Clean place good atmosphere. The problem is twice now I get a girl I like, and cuts my hair the way I like, and then she leaves. I suggest whatever your doing to drive talent away...STOP
