The second time i was here i had a lady who was nice however was extremely unprofessional. While i was in the seat getting my hair done her ex calls her and she starts screaming at him leaving me feeling very uncomfortable. I paid for a wash, cut, and blowout, she didn’t dry my hair at all or style it. I asked for layers in bangs she did not give me layers but left my ends feeling extremely choppy and my bangs were extremely un even as well i had to ask her to fix them because her next client mentioned it to me before i even said anything. After her”fixing” them i had to go home and fix them myself. She put a hot straightener on my soaked hair and also burnt my face. My mother also had her hair cut by this lady and when we got home i had to fix it because she butchered my mother’s hair. That was the most recent experience i have here. I had another bad experience two years prior to this and i am disappointed in myself for trying to give it another chance. Two years ago i got a cut and dyed my hair. The lady bleached the sweater i was wearing DRAMATICALLY. She also did not dye it the way i asked her to. Maybe not all the hair dressers here are as terrible as those two but I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE.
I love this salon!! My highlights were the best than I ever had. I now only make my appts here, I also get my eyebrows waxed, and a keratin silk treatment, I have also done hair extensions and it doesn't matter who has done my hair there it has been exquisite every single time. Thank you, The Hair Castle.
This place is highway robbery and they literally butcher your hair. I went in for a simple haircut. My hair was just below my shoulder so all it needed was a trim. They didn’t have to wash it or style it. Just a simple cut was all I was wanting. We were told on the phone it would be $25. Fair price right? Well for a simple woman’s cut, they charged me $45!!! They said they charge extra when it’s below the shoulders and they charge $10 for the bangs!!! Ummm what?? $10 for bangs that just needed a trimming? You would think for $45 my hair would look amazing and exactly the way I wanted it. Well, the lady that cut it, BUTCHERED IT!!! It looks like a toddler came at me with scissors and just started cutting. Now I will have to pay even more money to get it fixed. Stay away from this place. Highway robbery at its finest.
Dorry and Lucille are both talented hairstylist who care about making the person sitting in their chair look beautiful when they're done. I love the look Dorry created for me and I am and will always be a loyal patron to the Hair Castle.
My cousin went here and left a bad, but honest review of her horrendous experience where her hair was left ruined and she was charged $300. She approached the salon to get her money back and once she posted the review they called her a liar and threatened to sue her. A horrible place DO NOT GO HERE
I'm posting for my mom, Christine. She had her hair done by Tiffany & she is very pleased with the haircut she received. Tiffany is very professional & wastes no time with her clients! A+

Design side haircuts for $25 and we ended up getting charged $ 45 each and I came in with my hair what to avoid cost and the person that came with me got their hair washed and tickets came to the same price it ended up being $80 and I gave a $5 tip to each stylist The Stylist my friend had was great and full of energy mine was like a slug smelled like cigarette smoke and had a very nasty attitude almost as though she was jealous.
