First time with this particular chain for me. Pictured is an “Original Charburger” combo. In terms of quality, it’s on par with Five Guys, but slightly better value for money.
Very different flavored patty — the fire-grilled burger definitely brings out the flavor of the meat better than Five Guys’ electric griddle. The burger only had one patty, but I didn’t really miss the second one. (They do offer a “Double Char” for a couple bucks more if the reader must have more meat.)
Fries were competently executed, if unremarkable. It’s the same salted French fry one could expect from a number of chains.
All food came out five minutes after ordering, hot and fresh. For $13.09 plus tax, as someone who doesn’t normally eat out, I’m happy with my investment. Might try their chicken sandwich if I find myself in the area again.
Great experience. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Clean restrooms. Great food. Highly recommend for what I would call the Panera of hamburgers. Actually a lot cleaner than a Panera.
This is my favorite burger restaurant. The staff is always kind and attentive. The cooks are fast and efficient. My burger always looks like the picture on the menu lol. The manager is great. He is always smiling and interacting with his staff being positive.
I would absolutely recommend this place. It's not In-N- Out, but it's still very good. The service is top-notch! The manager, whose name is Alex, is super pleasant.
Eat burger I’ve had in a long time! I drove from across time to check this place out and was not disappointed. The burger was fantastic and so were the fries. It’s hard to find because the trees are grown up around the sign, but it’s essentially in the Target parking lot. Can’t wait to go back. How about building one in the West end.????
In town for a bit and wanted to try something new. The burgers were great and the food is cooked fresh to order. My only complaint is the fries were heavily salted
Love the food here and the staff has always been great…but I went through the drive thru the other day and now they’re asking for a tip when it’s time to pay. Tipping culture in this country is just getting waaay out of hand. I probably won’t return for this reason, it’s so absurd to ask for a tip for drive thru service and it makes me insanely uncomfortable when I have to skip that part while they’re holding the keypad.
Went through the drive thru. It wasn't fast but worth the wait. Food is not "fast food". Much better than I expected.
