Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes even though there were only 3 cars ahead of us. No apology nor explanation, all we got was a significantly subpar, $10.00 grilled chicken sandwich (see photo) with $4.00 stale fries. We used to love eating here but it has gotten completely unreliable and overpriced.
First time going to The Habit Burger Grill, let me tell ya...the food is mouth watering delicious, the employees are very helpful and friendly, and has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend the sweet potato fries or onion rings, (or both) to go with whatever burger you choose and make sure to get those grilled onions to top off the burger. Your going to love it.
I love the food here. It's that right off the grill flavor of their patties that permeates the entire burger. Super melty American cheese... Delicious ????. The salads are great too, about the same price as the other chains but 10x better. Heafty amounts of freshly shredded lettuce and toppings = way more filling. We always leave satisfied.
Same cost as Red Robin and the quality of the food surpassed Red Robin.
The GM was amazing and answered all of our tedious questions. We have a medical needs adult daughter and the food was able to pass her utmost strict standards. The strawberry and Oreo cookie shake were beyond 5 stars. My husband's double cheeseburger and my teriyaki burger were great. The onion rings -hold onto your seats, had homemade batter on them, not your standard pull from the freezer by any means. Definitely returning.
All full meals for three adults, what threw us over were the sides of onion rings and shakes.....
Horrible absolutely horrible! I had a salad and got food poisoning!!!! I’m very upset because I’ve barfed 7 times yesterday and STILL feel nauseous today!! Not to mention I haven’t eaten anything. I can’t go one second without burping and feeling like I need to barf at any minute. I should not be spending $30 just to barf it all out.
Another craft-style burger chain that does a good job. Habit's burger patties remind me of FatBurgers in that they are thinner than, say, Five Guys. But they are quite good.
Toppings are also tasty, especially the portabella mushrooms. I went with the sweet potato fries and they were very good. Reminded me of shoestring fries, crispy and flavorful.
Like a lot of these new places, Habit has some interesting flavored water/teas. I wasn't keen on the cucumber flavored one, but the other was better.
Service was very good and the employees were friendly and helpful. Prices weren't as steep as I was expecting, so an all-around fine experience.
I thought it was McDonalds that put the burgers in the box/bag and shook them. 2 burgers. 1 fry. 1 onion rings 2 drinks. $33.00. This is why there is only 1 car in your drive thru in the middle of the day.
By far one of the best fast food joints I have been to in a long time. Had exceptional service from a lady Selena at the front whom took the time while my 4yr old was trying to explain what he wanted. We were here around noon and even though they were busy, inside and out they got us our amazing food within 10 minutes of ordering. We will definitely be back!
